Riad Soulmate

Pros: Everything about our stay was wonderful. The place itself is beautiful, with stunning decoration and such thoughtful details that make you feel instantly relaxed. It truly feels like an oasis in the middle of the chaos of the Medina. The people were exceptional — helpful, kind, and always pleasant. Their positive energy and genuine care made our experience even more special. We couldn’t have asked for a better stay.

Pros: Absolutely love this place, a peaceful oasis in the middle of Marrakech madness! The staff were beyond helpful from the moment we booked. They arranged our taxi transfer, had food ready for us when we arrived, giving us tips for places to eat and allowed an early check in! The staff were so kind and helpful. When we had days that we had to leave before breakfast they were so accommodating at serving it early for us and nothing was too much trouble for them. The food served here is exceptional, the traditional breakfast they serve is wonderful and the main meals were delicious and some of the best food we ate during our stay! The rooms are great, clean with comfy beds, the rooftop terrace is beautiful and a wonderful place to hang out. Really cannot recommend this place enough!

Pros: My experience in this riad was perfect. I was travelling solo and had to arrive very late at night, but I felt very safe. Arranged an airport transfer for me, came to pick me up from the little square before the riad so I don’t have to walk alone, and made my stay comfortable in any way. The breakfast in the terrace was lovely. My room and all the common spaces were very clean and gave a peaceful/ quiet atmosphere, just a couple of metres from the Medina buzz. My only regret is that I had to stay only for 1 night. I would definitely come back and suggest it to friends who will visit Marrakesh.

Lovely beautiful place and people

Pros: Lovely people and amazingly styled Riad including cat Momo. I was there in JAN so no swimming but the rooftop terras was perfect to enjoy the sun during the day. In the room were extra warm blankets and airco could breeze warm air in evening and mornings. Breakfast very tasty and dinner upon arrival amazing! Could also get coffee and tea at any moment 🩷 the street nearby the riad became like home to me with lots of lovely streetfood and people, bit further up good shops away from the busy souks and so many craftsmen and kind shopowners. The main square is easy walk away, everything is easy to get from the riad. Many thanks for everything and hopefully see you again. Definitely recommend this place!

Cons: I would go back in spring or fall to enjoy the beautiful riad even more. So only the cold in Jan but that has got nothing to do with Soulmate. They made everything as comfortable as they possibly could.

Perfection

Pros: The switch from the busy street to this paradise! Wow! We were welcomed very warmly, the place itself was so beautifully curated and was very cozy. Everything was so beautiful and comfortable. Special thanks to Ramzi who took good care of us. Would go again for sure. Also they have their own cat, we were obsessed!

Cons: Room was cold but since it’s december that happens in every riad and they do have aircon.

Pros: Very clean and very nice room. Friendly and helpful staff. Location is great and not too noisy inside the rooms either.

Pros: The whole place, including the rooms is very clean. The stuff is very welcoming and polite. They all made us feel like home. We enjoyed the breakfast as well.

Beautiful boutique riad for a few days of relaxation in Marrakesh

Pros: Very nice riad, tastefully decorated, although it is not the typical Moroccan decoration that we usually see in other riads, so if you are looking for something more authentic, this is not it. It has a Moroccan, boho, Mediterranean decoration, with a very careful and clean style. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The terrace is lovely for relaxing, very comfortable. It is very well located, in an area that is not so touristy, but better for that, because we were able to discover less touristy areas in the medina. The breakfast is very good. The room is very comfortable and very spacious.

Cons: It was very cold in the room at night; a duvet would have been welcome. I would have liked a little more protein at breakfast, such as eggs or yoghurt, although all the products were very good.
