We loved it! Stunning interior. Comfy rooms.

Pros: Beautiful interiors & decoration. Central but quiet location. Comfy beds. Great showers. Good breakfast.

Cons: It didn’t bother us for one night but there’s currently (Feb 26) a building site right next door so there’s risk of a bit of banging.

Pros: Beautiful Riad close to the Jemna el Fna. Very friendly and helpfull staff.

Pros: Very helpful team . Yassin organised for a colleague to meet our taxi in the main taxi drop off square and to guide us in person , ( at no extra charge) , through the maze of narrow streets to the riad. Essential ! He also recommended what became our favourite local restaurant- Marrackchi. One comment : the credit card machine needs to be much more modern . It wouldn’t work so in the end we had to go back the next day to pay, which if we were leaving for the airport would have been a problem . ( Not the fault of the team, the riad is still using an old SIM card type credit card machine ).

Pros: The hotel, its staff, service, breakfast, beds and everything else exceeded my expectations. The manager of the hotel Mr. Yassin was truly the most helpful and pleasant in every way and beyond. My hat off to them. Thank you.

Cons: I liked everything about them. People should try their especially made dinner.

Beautiful Riad experience

Pros: Location to visit the Medina is excellent. The bed very comfortable. Bath is amazing as is the décor throughout the room and hotel. Rooftop is a great place chill out. Staff are very helpful and organised a ride to the bus station. Staff also took our bags out of the medina to meet the transport. No lift but staff were happy to help us with luggage upstairs.

Cons: The riad's don't seem to have tea, coffee or fridge facilities. We stayed in a couple and were the same. In the night or early morning there is no option for relaxing with a drink.

Pros: Let's start with the people. The staff were amazing, very friendly, and very patient with our child. They upgraded our room, and our room was so beautiful and spacious. The riad is very beautiful and the location is top, very central near the souks, the palaces, the plaza.

Cons: The only thing I believe needs to be improved are the pillows, which should be upgraded.

Pros: Absolutely stunning Riad nestled in the heart of the vibrant and bustling Medina. The moment you step through the doors, you’re transported into the enchanting spirit of Morocco. This Riad is a true sanctuary—offering a serene and peaceful escape from the chaos outside. The atmosphere is effortlessly calming, making it the perfect place to unwind, reflect, and simply soak in the magic of your surroundings. As night falls, the soft glow of ambient lighting creates a dreamlike setting that is nothing short of magical. The staff were exceptional—warm, attentive, and genuinely committed to making the experience unforgettable. Their hospitality made all the difference. Could not recommend this place highly enough—an absolute gem and a must-visit for anyone seeking authenticity, beauty, and a touch of Moroccan magic. Do note—there’s no car access through some of the narrow Medina streets, so be prepared for a short walk. But it’s more than worth it. Couldn’t recommend this place enough!
