Excellent location with kind and available young staff
Pros: Excellent stay for me and my boyfriend: great welcome and service by the young staff. Everyone has been so kind and available, we stayed at the Riad for two nights and it was very clean and comfortable. Food was good with excellent breakfast and tea. Location is extremely strategic: just inside the Medina, easily accessible by taxi which is great for luggage, easy to remember, perfect for visiting (all main attractions are at walking distance) and far from the chaotic part of the Medina, it definitely made the difference for our experience in Marrakech. We also had the private guided tour organized by the Riad staff and we learned so much feeling safe and relaxed. 100% recommended
Cons: Nothing, it was all perfect.

Cons: The room safe wasn’t attached or working properly / need luggage stand - they went and got one from another hotel - but it’s pretty standard

Beautiful place with superb service
Pros: The design. Spacious room. The service was amazing. The friend with whom I travelled had serious food allergy about which we did not inform them in advance. Nonetheless they organized the food to accommodate that. Very much appreciated.special thank you to Mourad and Ghizlane. Amazing people that made our stay seamless.

Amazing place to stay
Pros: Riad Houma is in the perfect place just a stones throw from a main pathway through the souks that will take you to the main square called Jemaa el-Fnaa. Breakfast was just what was needed fresh fruit Moroccan pancakes some strange yogurt which tasted nice along with cakes fresh bread and any type of eggs you require with coffee and Moroccan mint tea Bedrooms are a average size with en-suite clean and the bed and pillows are really comfortable compared to most in Marrakesh There is a roof terrace that houses 4 sun loungers a 4 person hot tub many tables and chairs to even have your breakfast or any meal of the day up there A big thank you to Mourad and Ghizlane if it wasn’t for you guys our stay wouldn’t have been nowhere near as good you guys are amazing and you treated us like family
Cons: There is only a few things I would change but even if they didn’t it wouldn’t put us off stay there again The water pressure could do with being better and the shower head replaced for a bigger one Water is charged and not free I feel this should change as most places in Marrakesh the water is free More sun loungers on the rooftop would be better as there is only 4 we never had a problem getting any but they could of been easily filled with the 8 rooms they have I feel a mini fridge in every room is needed to make your stay more comfortable The air-con is loud and and can wake you if it is set to automatic I feel an upgrade is needed

Excellent location, Great Staff
Pros: The location is great. Close to many attractions. The breakfast was nice. The staff is great. Especially, Mohamed and Mourad helped us a lot with every single demand. Overall, it is a great Riad to stay. Note: We were with the car and there is a very close parking place close by, which is difficult to find in the area. However, be careful with the fee. They ripped us off. It should be MAD 50 per night. However, they tried to charge us MAD 120 per night.
Cons: We had 2 sleepless nights during our 3 night stay because of a very disrespectful woman staying next door. Of course this is not the fault of the facility. However, it is a fact that the rooms are not very sound proof.

Amazing location , amazing and helpful staff.
Pros: We loved our stay at this Riad, location and the employees where very very good!
Cons: The bathroom has no door only a curtain. So if someone needs to go to the loo all your privacy is gone. I was with a friend.
