Pros: The riad was absolutely beautiful. You could see the Atlas Mountains from the top terrace and watching the hot air balloons in the sky while the sun was rising was magical. I would definitely recommend this riad. ALL the staff were fabulous. They couldn’t do enough for us. So friendly, accommodating and professional. Their people skills were amazing!! If you stay here you will not be disappointed!!! They organised a private guide for us which I would definitely recommend as the souks can be very busy and easy to get lost in. We also had a hamman and massage at the riad on our first afternoon which was bliss and set us up perfectly for a very busy week of exploring!

Cons: There wasn’t anything we didn’t like at our riad.

An excellent Riad to enjoy the real Marrakech.

Pros: The welcome and the can do attitude of the staff .Nothing was too much trouble and we felt well looked after. The room was spacious with excellent linen and very clean . The air con and WI-FI were both good . It is a lovely building with great views from the roof and a stylish interior. The main sights are within easy walking distance and there is a lot to enjoy , Our favourite day was with Chef Laila .Absolutely wonderful for those who love cooking and enjoying authentic food .

Cons: The weather was cold and dining in the building was not enjoyable despite the best efforts of the staff . The food was ok but the temperature wasn’t The roads are chaotic and very dangerous as motorcycles and the rest pass you at ridiculous speeds even in the Souks . You need to take care and have your wits about you.Walking with a wife who has poor eyesight it wasn’t easy.

Calm retreat a short walk away from vibrant Marrakech

Pros: Riad located 10 minutes away from the entrance of Marrakesh souks and within walking distance of every sights. Very well maintained and traditionally decorated rooms, helpful staff. I was there with my two daughters and it felt very safe to navigate through the city.

A hidden gem in the busy medina.

Great place to stay!

Pros: *Great location and excellent cleanliness of the whole riad. *Friendly and helpful staff. *Confortable beds.

Cons: No fridge or coffee making facilities. Water provided only once and heavily overcharged if an extra bottle requested (minor point but annoying).

Overall a very pleasant stay. Would recommend.

Cons: Facilities slightly on the cold side (e.g. breakfast tent) due to unexpected temperature drop.

Pros: Absolutely stunning riad. Our room was gorgeous and the staff was very friendly and helpful. They helped us with everything, including airport transfers and a day trip to the Atlas mountains. The location was also perfect as there was a lot to see and do at a walking distance from Pachavana.
