Beautiful Riad in a great location
Pros: Beautiful riad and the staff were so lovely and helped with whatever we needed. The food was delicious and easily organised to have dinner. The rooftop was an added bonus when we wanted to come back and chill out after a day of exploring
Cons: Our room was on the ground floor which meant it was right next to the breakfast area and you could hear through the doors easily. It wasn’t a huge issue as everyone was very respectful and quiet

I was made to feel safe and at home and could not have been made more welcome or comfortable.
Pros: everything! staff couldn’t so enough to help and made me a personalised itinerary. All meals were lovely. Property was beautiful.
Cons: Nothing - things people have criticised in previous reviews I think they just need to realise they are staying in a guesthouse in an ancient building, so you have all of the charm. Some things are not the same as staying in a large, chain hotel, but then you lose all the character and personal touch. I do not feel like the staff could have done anything differently and I loved it.

Loved every moment.
Pros: Central and easy to get everywhere. The staff were so helpful and kind.
Cons: If you arrive in the dark, I would request someone to meet you at the carpark (especially if you are a nervous traveller or girl) to make it stress free to find the door. Inside the medina is a little bit of a maze :)

Pros: Friendly and helpful staff that accommodated our needs and arranged transfer to our next stop in Imsouane, which was great! Nice and tidy riad which is well located in the Medina. Beautiful courtyard in the middle.

Pros: The Riad is beautiful and exactly like in the pictures. Everything was clean with attention to the details and the staff was amazing! Abdullah especially helped us a lot when we ran out of hot water, he let us use the shower in the hamam. He also helped us a lot with our luggage during our checkout and he prepared and served us a delicious dinner! The breakfast was really good as well. They even let us check in earlier which was very appreciated. There is also the option to pay by card.
Cons: The only thing that we didn’t enjoy that much was the massage. We had massage one evening and while we booked for 1 hour, it didn’t last that long. There is not a dedicated room for it, it’s just within the common area behind a curtain so you can hear everyone coming into the Riad, sounds from the kitchen, etc. Also, the masseuses were talking to each other during our session which made it difficult to relax. One out of the two beds was not made for massage so it was not comfortable at all.

Pros: The peaceful atmosphere, cleanliness, friendly staff.

Peaceful haven in the middle of Marrakech
Pros: We loved having exclusivity of the property and every member of staff went above and beyond to accommodate us. In a group of 10 this was so helpful.
Cons: We loved everything!

Perfect
Pros: I stayed at the riad at the end of a busy group trip and it was wonderful. The place is stunning, warm, comfortable and the staff are amazing. I ate all my meals there and had a day full of spa treatments which were amazing and so relaxing. The location is also perfect for the medina.
