Definitely would stay again
Pros: The staff were great, couldn't have been more friendly. Location was good for us and it was quiet and relaxing on the roof terrace. Very grateful for breakfast take-out in a bag for the days we had excursions. We honestly feel the staff couldn't do enough for us and we would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone going to Marrakech.
Cons: The bed was hard and hurt my back, no biggie though. No natural light in the room

Pros: This was a quiet location away from the hustle and bustle of the centre, about 10-15 min walk from Jamma al Fana, which was perfect for us. The staff were friendly and polite. On arrival, I felt quite anxious, but Abdul made us relax and was very informative about how to get around, providing a map of the area and what rates to pay for taxis. The staff were all so polite and friendly.
Cons: The only thing was the shower, trying to get the temperature right, and the shower head kept falling off the hook during the shower was very annoying.

Pros: Excellent staff, comfortable room, lovely rooftop terrace, outstanding breakfast. Very pleasant common spaces.
Cons: We arrived after dark and you have to walk the last 10 minutes along quiet, narrow alleys which some could find disturbing. The entrance is quite dilapidated with only a small sign above the door and very easy to miss.

A Truly Homely and Comfortable Riad
Pros: The staff and the female owner were very kind and answered all our questions clearly and with great care. The décor inside the riad was beautiful and spotless, and the bathroom had all the necessary amenities such as body wash, shampoo and tissues. Breakfast was warm and delicious. As the staff told us, “This is your home,” the place felt genuinely homely. It was our first time in Morocco and we stayed in five different riads, but this one was by far the most comfortable. We left with wonderful memories and a wish to return.
Cons: When I washed my hair at night, the hot water turned lukewarm and it felt a bit chilly. It’s fine if you’re quick, but it might be an issue if you have long hair in winter.
