Lovely, luxe riad with outstanding service in the heart of Marrakech!

Pros: Just fabulous home away from home! Everything from the time we arrived was perfect. The Riad is gorgeously appointed, everything was clean, luxe, well-maintained and most of all, service from all the staff was impeccable. Laurent and Anne, the owners, were on hand to welcome us the moment we arrived. Then we were served tea and snacks in the “garden” while our luggage was brought up to our room. Laurent went out of his way to tell us the way around the Medina and how to get to certain places we wanted to go to during our visit. We also tried the massage and Hammam both of which were perfect. Breakfast was delicious and the staff went out of their way to prep ours earlier than their usual start time on our checkout day as we had an early departure. All in all, a fabulous experience!

Pros: The architecture and design are absolutely stunning, creating a peaceful oasis in the heart of the medina. The location is excellent, with everything within walking distance, yet the riad is wonderfully quiet and tranquil. The rooms are very comfortable and impeccably clean, and the rooftop terrace is the perfect spot to unwind. The breakfast was delicious, with homemade bread and yoghurt we looked forward to each morning.

Pros: Excellent location in the medina, a beautiful and comfortable building/riad with excellent service. Everything is within walking distance from the riad, and the owners/managers go out of their way to provide advise and service. The staff is extremely helpful and professional, the breakfast with homemade bread and yoghurt is delicious, the beds are very comfortable, and the room was impeccably clean and very quiet. A glass of wine or a cup of mint tea on the rooftop terrace was the perfect way to wind down after an interesting and fascinating day in the medina. We also loved the hammam and massage, and would love to come back.

Pros: We had a fantastic stay in this beautiful Riad. Stylish and comfortable room, tasty breakfast, lovely pool and terrace. The Riad is located perfectly on the edge of the medina so it is easy to access and close to many key sites. We received outstanding service from Laurent, Anne, Abdul and the rest of the team.

Pros: Amazing team, very hospitable - you feel at home the moment you walk in and the Riad is so quiet and peaceful - a stark contrast to the busy Marrakech outside! We loved the decor, comfortable room, open roof, pool and friendly staff. A real gem in the heart of the medina. It was recommended to us by a friend and now we will be recommending it to everyone. Stunning stay that we will never forget. Thank you Laurent, Anne, Abdul and everyone at Riad Antara - we will be back!

Cons: We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Antara. The only area we feel could be improved is the roof terrace which could benefit from additional colour, cushions/soft furnishings to balance the lack of greenery or pool.

Pros: Fabulous stay. The hosts Laurent and Anne are most helpful. Their staff are very well trained and super friendly. Service was impeccable. Food was delicious and the property perfectly maintained.

Pros: Laurent and Anne are wonderful hosts in this impeccable and beautiful riad. The design is stylish and sympathetic to the Morroccan tradition with Gallic flair. The staff reflect the owners and are just as warm, friendly and professional. This is a special place.
