A beautiful stay!
Pros: The Riad is so beautiful, very central to walk to all the souks, restaurants, meet points for excursions. The rooftop is beautiful and gives an amazing view of the city and the mountains. Staff (Issac & Hussain particularly) were so kind, helpful and friendly.
Cons: The beds were a little hard and our room was near the kitchen which was a little loud, but overall was lovely and peaceful.

The hotel facilities and location were excellent and matched the photos. Staff amazing.
Pros: The staff were all very attentive and treated everyone respectfully - greetings always with a smile. The location was excellent, away from the busiest areas, but not too far. The breakfast varied daily with different local treats, which added to the enjoyment.

Nice place to stay in Medina
Pros: Beautiful inner yard, very nice terrace with the view, good location (very close to drop-off for taxi) for touristic purposes. Breakfast is ok as everywhere in Riads in Morocco. Very friendly staff however not many of them speak English. You can check-in even at night, that was very convenient for us. A/c, hot water, proper bed. They also propose some spa but we didn’t try them
Cons: We got the room without window :( only outside of the bedroom in some shared space but this time it was all ours

Wonderful, quiet, lovely lovely staff
Pros: Great location. Like most, it was down a few side streets, but super easy to find and nice and quiet to get to. The Riad itself is beautiful, the rooftop terrace is dreamy with great views of the atlas mountains in the distance and kotubia. But the absolute top rating go to the staff - so wonderful, friendly, attentive, helpful. Breakfast was great too! We got one of the deluxe rooms, which was spacious and clean with a huge bed.
Cons: Can't really fault anything. A few other annoying/demanding guests the first couple of days, which made me feel for the staff. We didn't get time to try the spa/massage facilities unfortunately to be able to comment. A little noise in the mornings from the courtyard but that's pretty unavoidable in a Riad. Our room was great, but I did see in the booking confirmation the room and room name I thought we were going to get, and that it would have been on the 1st floor. But when we arrived we were in the deluxe room on the ground floor instead. Again, still a great oom, and wasn't worth even mentioning at the time.

Great Riad for a true taste of Morocco
Pros: The staff were very welcoming and friendly. Our room was beautifully warm on arrival. Breakfasts were varied and plentiful. We ate a dinner of Royal Couscous at the riad on our first night which was very tasty. The location was wonderful - very easy to walk to all places of interest yet a quiet enough spot to ensure a peaceful nights sleep.
Cons: It was disappointing that we had to shower with the shower head in its lowest position otherwise the whole bathroom got drenched. And the linens and towels were past their best. Whilst the dining room was full of character, the low tables did not make for a very comfortable eating position. However, it was all part of the experience.

Peaceful Riad within walking distance
Pros: Great location. Everything we needed was within walking distance. We arranged taxi via the hotel to and from airport and the staff met us to walk us to the riad (5 mins walk max) The staff were really kind. Couldn't do enough for you. We asked for our breakfast slightly earlier as we had a trip and they accommodated. We had a hammam on site which we really enjoyed. Bed was comfy and bathroom was beautiful. The riad was very peaceful and I can understand how it continously has top reviews.
Cons: Unfortunately we had issues with our shower being cold. This was fixed, but we did end up having two cold showers. The electric socket by bed stopped working overnight for one night which meant our phones didnt charge. And our room was cold. We reported this and a heater was brought to accommodate. Even though all issues were dealt with, we still had issues. I would recommend this riad regardless of these and would return. As previously mentioned the staff were excellent.

Beautiful riad, great medina location, warm hospitality
Pros: We stayed as a family at Riad Flam & Spa and loved everything about it. The riad is beautiful, calm, and very well kept, with comfortable rooms and relaxing shared spaces. The hospitality was warm and thoughtful, and the breakfast stood out in particular: varied, fresh, and authentically Moroccan, served without rush. The location is ideal too, with the medina and main places of interest all within easy walking distance. A wonderful base for experiencing Marrakech properly.
