Pros: A beautiful oasis, in the heart of the chaos of Marrakech. The staff were very lovely and attentive from start to finish, our room was perfect and had great upkeep of cleanliness throughout our stay thanks to house keeping. The food was great and fairly priced. The whole place made mine and my partner’s stay very special and we will definitely be returning.
Cons: Nothing, it was perfect

Pros: We spent our one-week vacation at Riad Dar 73, and it was the best choice. Riad is literally around the corner from the Bahia Palace on the edge of the medina, a few meters from a square where you can do your shopping and where there is a pick-up point for trips from Marrakech. The riad itself is an absolutely charming place, everything is clean, well-maintained, and tuned to the last detail, very cozy, and has a beautiful terrace. The team that takes care of the riad and guests is very nice. Thank you to Said for the warm welcome and helpfulness! You can buy water and alcohol at the riad and order food. Cleaning takes place daily.
Cons: The rooms are tiny, and it may be important for some people to know that the shower has no door. We were a little disappointed with the breakfasts; we would have appreciated more variety and savory options (there were almost none).

Warm Moroccan hospitality in a boutique Riad
Pros: Excellent location, very peaceful and easy access to taxis. Right next to Bahia palace was a bonus. A modern, very stylish Riad, with beautiful Moroccan accents. There is a feeling of serenity and grace throughout this establishment, with exquisite design touches. Spotlessly clean throughout, and the rooms were spacious. Excellent showers and thick towels as well as the bedding. Above all, the hosts were very kind, and eager to assist. All staff members treated as family and went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and delightful. Even small gestures as turning on the fountain for us, playing mesmerising music, meeting our dietary needs, cooking for us, providing us with teas. We truly felt at home. I appreciated very much their assistance with securing a taxi for the airport.
Cons: They do attention to detail in a big way- there is nothing to complain about.

A wonderful hidden gem!
Pros: Such an amazing welcome! Beautiful place, loved the roof terrace with friendly drink/food service, both wine and sandwiches were great quality and tasty. Breakfast was also simple but delicious:)
Cons: Only the lighting in the bathroom, I could see it was too dark.

A beautiful Riad, in a quite area among a chaotic city
Pros: The breakfast was delicious and came in good portions, changing something daily, so you didn’t grew tired of the meal. The staff was always smiling and ready to help, seeing to ones needs.
Cons: We had to change rooms for the last day, and the first room was wonderful! However the second room had some issues with a toilet door that couldn’t close and a wet floor due to bad drainage. They had just renovated every room, so minor issues which they are gonna fix with time.

Zen-like vibe in the middle of Marrakesh
Pros: I loved the terrace and the overall “zen” vibe of the Riad. Everything was clean and modern. Breakfast was very nice with fresh fruit and yogurt and good quality bread and pancakes! The location is very central but in a quiet street, there’s some local shops in a street behind which were quite handy and authentic. The room is modern and with a very comfy bed and the bathroom is very spacious.
Cons: The room was a bit small, with no space to rest other than the bed…

Enjoyable stay with a lovely breakfast.
Pros: We booked 2 rooms at Riad Dar 73 for 3 nights. We all enjoyed our stay. The rooms are modern and the interior decorating is lovely. The breakfast and coffee was good..we enjoyed the pancakes. The staff were helpful and accommodating to our needs. It about a 15 minute walk through the spice alleys to the square. We parked our car near the palace so it wasn’t too much of a walk with our luggage. Very good aircon. Loved the fresh roses in the room. Small pool was nice to cool off.
Cons: There is no kettle or fridge in the room. There is not much privacy as all rooms face each other with glass window and door. You have to keep the curtains closed which feels a bit dark.

Will definitely choose this riad again if we ever return to Marrakech.
Pros: Amin was super nice and helpful. The owner is a lovely lady who has designed and decorated the riad with great taste. The hammam was a wonderful experience. Our room was excellent. We loved spending time on the rooftop terrace. Great that this was within walking distance to Bahia Palace and Jmaa el Fna. Also close to the riad we had an amazing moroccon dinner at restaurant La Tanjia.
