Great riad with a very friendly stuff! Save option

Pros: The riad was beautiful, with a great stuff, everybody was really friendly and helpful. The breakfast was also great. The location is safe and comfortable for tourists.

Cons: We booked a room that wasn’t specified in Booking that it is on the ground floor. The owner explained that he contacted Booking a lot of times to change the description but they didn’t and I believe him. He tried to upgrade the room for one night. At first I was scared because I felt exposed to everybody since our room was the first thing you see when you enter the riad. However the owner reassured me that a riad does not function like a hotel and there is always someone there to oversee what’s happening. And it was really like he said so after the first night I felt completely safe.

Amazing stay – couldn’t recommend enough

Pros: We had such a great stay at Riad Solange. The biggest highlight for us was the staff — they were genuinely so helpful and welcoming the whole time. From before we arrived right through to check-out, they were always happy to help and made everything feel easy. We were celebrating my partner’s birthday during the trip, and the team really made an effort to help us make it special, which meant a lot. Nothing felt forced — just warm, thoughtful hospitality. The riad itself is beautiful, peaceful and very clean. It’s the perfect place to unwind after a day exploring Marrakech. We also arranged massages in our room, which was such a relaxing touch and really added to the experience. A big thank you to Faizan & Yusuf and the whole team for making our trip so memorable. We’d definitely stay here again.

Bliss, comfort and beautiful food

Pros: Super peaceful, clean and comfortable staff. Right in the heart of the Medina, the staff go above and beyond and helped me plan excursions for my husbands 30th and all transportion from the airport too! Shout out to Faissal for being so helpful, breakfast was the cherry on top. 100% would come back again!

Pros: Absolutely loved our stay! The decor is stunning and thoughtfully designed, creating a beautiful and relaxing atmosphere. The team was fantastic—warm, attentive, and always ready to help. The dinners were exceptional, truly a highlight of the experience. The location is ideal, with easy access to everything and taxis available just steps away. In short, everything was perfect—nothing but positive things to say! ✨

Pros: Everything was phenomenal, from the moment you walk in the door the sense of calm, beautiful interiors, lovely staff and beautiful aromas. We enjoyed every second.

A haven of good taste

Pros: From the moment we entered the door, it was perfection. The ambience, the quiet, warm and friendly service. This is an absolute gem in Marrakesh. A quiet sanctuary from the Medina and Kasbah.

A haven and I can't wait to return

Pros: I wish I could return to stay here again - from the moment of my arrival, Faissal and the staff at Riad Solange went above and beyond, and were kind, informative, and so generous with their time. It is a gorgeous hotel (the fragrance is beautiful) in a great location (15 minute walk to Jemaa el Fna if you don't get lost) and it felt like a real haven in the Kasbah, away from the bustle of the medina. The breakfast was delicious, and I felt so lucky to be able to enjoy it on the roof in the morning sunshine. At the end of the day, I would sit on the roof to enjoy the sunsets and to listen to the call to prayer floating over the city. I have recommended this hotel to several people since my departure and I'm already thinking about when I can return - I would not stay anywhere else in Marrakech. The little touch of the welcome note was such a lovely treat.

Cons: The handle to my door broke but it was quickly repaired. Other than that, everything was super.

An oasis in a vibrant city

Pros: Great hospitality and top service. I had a variety of requests - yoga classes, massage and pick up. Everything was possible, well communicated and superb quality! My yoga teacher Lucy was very accommodating and professional 🙏. It is a place to recommend and come back to.

Beautiful Riad, smells amazing, would stay again without question

Cons: This is such a minor thing and getting very picky but felt the menu was a little limited

Pros: The staff, specifically Faisal, were amazing. Always available to help us and to suggest best things / providers to take. The breakfast was delicious, namely the home made yogurt that I asked for more on both nights. Everything was clean and all bathroom products smelled really nice - and you can buy them if you like it too.

Cons: Nothing. Everything exceeded our expectations and if we go back we'll most probably stay here again.
