Just perfect!

Lovely Riad with Marrakech style and nice staff

Pros: The riad has a lovely style and it is close to the Medina. The bed was really big and confortable and the room is of a good size ! It smells really nice ( fleur d’oranger) and is very clean ! Breakfast was fantastic and very generous and all the staff has always a smile. Special mention to Hassan who was always ready to help and provide useful information.

Cons: Everything was perfect! If I had to mention one thing it would be that some rooms don’t have any windows so not good if you are claustrophobic but I think this is because of the location and the structure of this part of the city!

Beautiful spot in the heart of medina !

Pros: The hosts were incredibly kind and welcoming. The riad is elegant and beautifully maintained, and the staff are exceptionally friendly. The breakfasts were absolutely delicious! 😊

Pros: We stayed five nights in total (with a two night stay in Essaouria in between). This is a great place to stay. Very comfortable and welcoming. All of the staff were warm, kind and courteous. Located centrally and yet it's like an oasis of peace and calm - a perfect base for exploring Marrakech and returning to. Stunning views form the roof terrace. Lovely breakfasts. Spotlessly clean.

Cosy Friendly Riad in a good location

Pros: Saad, the manager, was just great. No matter what the problem was he could solve it. The staff were friendly and obliging. The breakfasts were lovely with fresh orange juice and omelettes!

Cons: The room was comfortable but small and 8dark - probably not the best one in the riad. The entrance to the alleyway to get to the riad wasn't great - ie a hole in the wall.

Pros: A beautiful Riad with lovely staff and exceptionally clean

Cons: As we stayed for 6 nights, the breakfast was a little bit repetitive (but was good)

Fantastic Riad, right next to Bahia Palace

Pros: Staff very friendly, helpful and talkative. Was a pleasant surprise to come back to my room to see that everything had been restocked without even asking, towels, shampoo, coffee, water etc and bed was made. Prends soin de toi, mon frère Camerounais, ainsi que de tout le personnel du Riad Ksar Al Amal!

Pros: The staff and the owner were exceptional, extremely helpful and charming. The food for breakfast and dinner was delicious and very generous.

Beautiful, calm Riad with lovely staff.

Pros: Charming host, great to chat to, giving us restaurant ideas and places to go. Friendly staff, nothing too much trouble. Highly recommended .

Cons: For us , we’d have preferred a more central location.
