Pros: Everything was great.We were welcome by Yacine with pastries and tea.The riad is located close to the tourist attractions.Our room was spacious ,tastefully decorated . Cleaning is done every day,including changing the towells.The breakfast was delicious.The staff is very king and friendly

Pros: Our stay at Riad Heva was extraordinary, just as our host Yacine told us: “This is your home!” The riad’s location is excellent, on a well-lit and safe street, close to all the main attractions, grocery stores, and restaurants—everything within walking distance. Breakfast is traditional Moroccan, served every morning with fresh products. The cleanliness is impeccable, with bed linens and towels changed daily. Ask Yacine for help with taxis, excursions, or restaurant recommendations—he will truly make a difference in your Marrakech experience. We wholeheartedly recommend this accommodation!

Pros: Here’s a polished version of your review: ⸻ We absolutely loved our stay at Riad Heva. The location is perfect, very close to the Royal Palace, and you can easily walk everywhere. The bed was comfortable, and our room was cleaned daily with fresh towels provided. The breakfast was great, especially the freshly squeezed orange juice. The staff were wonderful, particularly Yasim, who was incredibly friendly and helped us with directions and local advice. The rooftop is also a beautiful spot to relax, especially with the jacuzzi. Highly recommend!

Good option for visiting Marrakesh

Pros: - Friendly staff - Nice and spacious room - Good breakfast (although adding some fruits would be great as a suggestion for improvement)

Cons: - You can hear noise from outside of the room, but nothing crazy. - A small pool is there at the center of the riad, but doesn't seem to be there for usage. (but maybe I was just not comfortable to do so - didn't see anyone there during my stay)

Pros: It’s a small riad but clean and comfortable . Felt very safe even when coming back late at night. Worth the value for money.

Cons: The location will take at least 20 minutes walk going to Jemaa El Fnaa square

I recommend this Riad which is well located in the heart of the Medina

Pros: This Riad is well located. It is near to every museum and things to visit in Marrakech. Located on the Medina, it is in the heart of the city. The staff are really nice and helpful. The only thing that was negative if I may say it’s that we struggled to find the place with the GPS, because the GPS indicated the wrong address. Don’t trust the GPS in the Medina.
