Good, nice place, location wise - top (in the medina) close to Bab Doukhala, close to souks
Pros: Location, staff is very nice and friendly. Breakfast was also good, good coffee. The architecture of the riad is also beautiful.
Cons: A bit noisy, although it's not on a main medina street. But being east european/latin, we're OK with that. It's part of our culture as well.

Pros: Youssef is the best host in the world! We loved staying at Riad Mahjouba, everything was clean and comfy. The breakfasts were the perfect start of our sightseeing days and we could always ask for some tips. On the day when we were leaving early in the morning for a trip, the host woke up early and gave us a take-away meal. The room was cleaned every two days (including towels changing). All of the staff was so helpful, we felt like at home 😊 I'd love to come back there!

Pros: The location is convenient at the edge of the Medina, close to the bus station and the Bab Doukkala bus stop, which connects to the airport. This Riad is within walking distance to the Majorelle Gardens, the Catholic Church of Saints Martyrs, the Koutoubia and all the important sights in the Medina (Marrakech Museum, Madrasa Ben Youssef, Bahia Palace, El Badi Palace...) Breakfast is also included in the price, accompanied by Moroccan mint tea ;) Friendly and helpful staff, they accommodated me earlier than the check-in time, for which I am very grateful! After a sleepless and long journey, this was a welcome relief for me. Kind, warm-hearted, smiling, always helpful boy Youssef, always ready for advice and help, shukran habibi. May Allah protect and keep you <3
Cons: The rooms are basic. My big disappointment was that there was no TV in the room, but that was my fault, as I had not read this in the booking.com description. The temperature in the room was low and I could not reach a satisfactory temperature with the air conditioning. But it is a fact that my trip was in December. Another problem is that the window in the room cannot be opened, which prevents ventilation and fresh air from entering. The sink and faucet in the bathroom were not cleaned properly.

Pros: An absolutely fantastic and budget-friendly stay in Marrakesh. The Riad has an unbeatable, central location perfect for exploring. Communication was excellent; a special thanks to Youssef for his friendly and instant support. The great breakfast included was a major bonus, offering both convenience and value. Highly recommended for a stress-free and affordable experience!
Cons: One small suggestion for improvement: providing a proper, absorbent bathmat would be better, as the shower water easily splashes out of the curtained area.

Pros: The staff was incredibly warm, friendly, and helpful throughout our stay. The patio is beautiful and genuinely a pleasure to spend time in. The 24-hour reception is also a great convenience, making everything easy and smooth.
Cons: Unfortunately the beds weren't very comfortable and the beddings weren't nice since the blanket was very rough. It's good location in an internal street but if you have an outside room you will hear the noice from the street since the windows are very thin. I couldn't sleep because there were kids playing :(

Pros: It is a classic riad close to the center. We were welcomed by a very friendly guy, I think his name was Yusuf. We were able to arrive at the property before the agreed time, he arranged all the taxi transfers for us, an early breakfast because we had an early morning flight. He kindly served us a welcome tea.

Authentic stay in the heart of Marrakech
Pros: Excellent alternative to some of the more expensive options in the center of the Medina. The Riad was very comfortable, the staff were extremely friendly and went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. Some excellent restaurants close by and the area is a bit more authentic than the more touristy sites in the center.
