Pros: We had a wonderful experience at Riad Fabi! The team organized a beautiful surprise for my birthday and everything exceeded our expectations. They were always available, supporting us with anything we needed and making us feel truly special throughout our stay. Mohamed is always smiling, communicative, attentive, and incredibly helpful - a true example of genuine hospitality. Mr. Ossama is a true professional, managing everything with seriousness, elegance, and great attention to detail. We wholeheartedly recommend this place for its warm atmosphere, dedicated team, and authentic care for guests.

Excellent
Pros: Everything was clean and tidy and the staff were very accommodating to our bed and room request. The riad was incredibly peaceful with a lovely rooftop to relax on. Great location with only a maximum of a 20 minute walk to any of the attractions you’d want to visit. The owner was very polite and helpful and even made us a box of breakfast to go on the day we had an early start for a day-trip. 100% recommend!

We like this riad, but I think it is a bit overpriced
Pros: This was our 5th travel to Morocco, but the first time in this riad. The Riad Fabi was very new on the Booking.com, as I reserved it. It is a really nice,beautifully designed riad, not far from Bab Doukkala. We like the location, handful for the train or Supratours station they can be reached by foot or by taxi (we paid 50 MAD from Bab Doukkala). Our room was big enough, with many packing options, it was bit cold in winter, but there was an AC to heat a bit. The beds were really comfortable. The bathroom was a bit small. The breakfast was averall good, the common pancake-marmelade and orange juice. There was fruit salat and yoghurt also. The staff was kind.
Cons: We missed the vegetables and olives or several types of local cheese for breakfast. We don't like it when there is no proper bedding, just a blanket, and you have to put the duvet on top of that, which has no cover. It feels unhygienic.

Pros: The staff were so kind and helpful towards us from the moment we entered the road until when we left. We got lost on our first day and they were so helpful in showing us where to go and ordering a taxii, and on our last day they even walked with us across town to make sure that we were picked up by our transfer from the right place.. They made us feel that our safety was a priority. I am a vegan but my mother isn’t and they catered perfectly towards both of us. The road itself is beautiful and in a typical old style Moroccan house. The room was very comfortable and location is not far from the medina. Highly recommend and thank you for giving us a lovely stay in Marrakech.

A Hidden Marrakesh Gem
Pros: We had a wonderful stay at Riad Fabi. The Riad is beautifully designed, blending traditional Moroccan charm with modern comfort, and the atmosphere feels peaceful and welcoming. The staff were incredibly friendly, quick and attentive, always ready to help with recommendations or anything we needed. Our room was spotless and cozy, and the rooftop terrace was the perfect place for an outdoor breakfast whenever the weather was suitable. Thanks to Ossama, Muhammad and the rest of the staff who turned our stay into a sweet memory of Marrakesh. We would happily stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Marrakesh.
