Exceptional

Pros: We had our best stay with our 9 month old baby at Riad Jalina . The staff were extremely warm and welcoming and helped us with everything that we needed . They made sure that our stay was comfortable and we had everything that we needed even before we arrived at the accommodation. Special thanks to Raduone and Kareem for being such lovely hosts . They were very kind to us .

Cons: There is nothing to not like about . It is perfect in every way.

Central location! Friendly staff would highly recommend

Pros: Great location!! The staff were all so friendly and accommodating. Radouane couldn’t do enough for us. From welcoming us when we arrived with hot mint tea and a list of recommendations. The traditional breakfast each morning was amazing and so much variety served. The Riad itself is absolutely stunning! I couldn’t get over all the small details in our room. You can tell so much thought went into designing this Riad.

A home away from home

Pros: This small riad is a home away from home. The traditional building itself is worth a visit. The rooms are nicely decorated. The staff is very helpful and friendly, they give the best possible service. 😊

Pros: Riad Jalina is a beautiful place to stay in Marrakesh. Its location is very good. Even though it is inside of Medina, the Riad is calm and cozy. I also appreciated there were only five rooms, so you felt there like at home -pleasing atmosphere. Nice and friendly staff always ready to help us ( e.g. prepared the breakfast earlier). We enjoyed our stay and can recommend to the others.

Cons: It would be fine to add there any kind of guidepost into the Derb Dalia street by the host. We could not find the Riad for the first time. Google maps won't help you (see the picture where the Google maps shows the Riad and where exactly it was). Tip: When you arrive to Derb Dalia street, go deep down to the \

Pros: Wonderful experience! Always attentive. Karim was very attentive to our stay. Breakfast was always perfect. Great location. I highly recommend this RIAD.

Wonderful, friendly, quiet, hidden gem

Pros: The riad was a little hidden gem. Very nice hosts, so friendly and really made us feel welcome. The place was quiet and comfortable. The food was delicious and we loved our brief stay here.

Cons: The only issue I can think of was trying to find the place. Initially our taxi either didn't turn up or missed us at the airport. We then needed the help of some local kids to find the entrance to the riad. I lt is well hidden down an alley and could benefit from a signpost or two to show the way.

Great family vacation

Pros: We had an excellent stay at this beautiful property. The decoration is perfect, and everything is very clean and well maintained. Although we had a bit of trouble finding the hotel on the first day, the staff was incredibly helpful—just a quick text or call and they guided us right to the door. The location is right in the heart of the Medina and within walking distance to all major landmarks and great restaurants. The staff is friendly, attentive, and always available in case of questions or to offer advice or help with booking taxis and activities. We highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Marrakech and planning to stay in the Medina.

Fabolous

Pros: Staff are very accommodating and friendly. We love our room We love the breakfast its different everyday which is a plus for us. They even allow us to have something to eat with our last day since we requested to have some coffee before breakfast. We enjoyed our 1st night with the delicious dinner

Cons: We thought that the coffee and tea was complimentary but they asked us to pay. The second day we transferred a room and no complimentary water i asked the ff day but still they charged us with the water If the pool was heater it will be great but so far we are very happy

A hidden gem.

Pros: Lovely refurbished small riad. Great location. Staff were lovely. Very clean and comfortable. Staff helped with early checkout and taxi arrangements very efficiently.
