Thoroughly recommend the property and location

Pros: Perfect location - near everything and yet very peaceful. Beautiful property. Fantastic staff - very polite, helpful and kind. Breakfast was superb.

Cons: Only regret was that their spa was broken whilst we stayed so could not enjoy hamman.

Perfect place to explore Marrakech and its surroundings

Pros: The Riad and its staff are really amazing. We felt very welcome and enjoyed our stay. The breakfast is great and also booking a Hamam and massages are recommended.

Peaceful paradise well located

Pros: Fantastic breakfast and wonderful peaceful Riad. Our host Ahmed was very helpful and we couldn't have asked for more

Cons: Our stay would have been improved if we could get evening drinks (Moroccan tea) in the Riad.

Perfect riad with fabulous host.

Pros: Travelled with a friend in January and stayed for 4 nights at this fabulous Riad. From the time of booking until departure Ahmed was a fantastic host, brilliant communication and really helpful tips for places to visit and navigating the medina. Our rooms were spacious , spotless and cosy (underfloor heating). Very well equipped with towels, robes, toiletries and hairdryer. We ate a delicious meal at the riad on our first night and fabulous breakfasts each morning of fresh warm breads, eggs, fresh fruit, lots of coffee and yogurt. The fire in the dining area was lit each day to keep us warm (it was chilly in the evenings and mornings but our rooms were warm). The location of the riad is perfect being a short walk from the main square. We thank Ahmed and everyone at Riad Abatoul for a fantastic holiday.

Cons: The riad was perfect. It is worth noting that if you are out in the evenings the doors of the souks close which can make it tricky to navigate your way around. Different doors close at different times (anything from 8pm to 11pm). Well worth planning your route in advance.

Awesome service in a beautiful Riad in the heart of the Medina

Pros: Excellent location for all of the Medina and a beautifully renovated Riad with large well equipped rooms. breakfast was great - eggs, pastries, bread, tea, coffee, juice all setting you up for a day in the souks. But what really made the property special was the kindness and hospitality of Ahmed and the team - always super helpful, informative and really wanting to make our stay special and easy. 🙏🙏

Cons: All was excellent

Pros: Thank you to Ahmed and the team for a lovely stay. We had dinner at the Riad on our first night and it was excellent and one of the best cooked meals of our visit to Morrocco. Visiting in winter we were also grateful for the in room heating and the underfloor heating! The location was also great not too far inside the maze of the souls, and easy to find after a day of exploring. A peaceful night's sleep (we were not woken by the call to prayer) and help always on hand if we needed it. Thank you.

Lovely stay

Pros: We had a wonderful stay. The rooms were very comfortable and well equipped, and the riad is perfectly located in the middle of the Medina, but at the same time very quiet. The hosts were super kind, friendly, and really helpful, and all the food they served us was superb.

Pros: The property was clean, spacious with beautiful finishings that made the property even more beautiful. Mosin and Ahmed were so helpful and suggested delicious places to eat. They were always on hand to help, which made us feel safe.

Pros: The owners as well as Ahmed and Moussin and everyone else were super friendly and helpful. Ahmed gave us so many tips and even planned out days in Marrakesch with is. We also used the privat Hamam (for 2 people) and got a massage which was particularly good. It’s a very nice atmosphere, comfortable beds and nice bathrooms plus very good location

Lovely Riad, well located. Inside it was clean and peaceful, and my room and bathroom were lovely.

Pros: Great location for exploring the Medina. Once inside the Riad, it was peaceful. Breakfasts were great and the staff couldn't be more helpful. Highly recommended.
