Cons: Our room was noisy since the small windows were facing the street. It was also a little bit too small for two adults (family), next time I would choose bigger one.

Pros: The manager went out of his way for us to ensure we had a great stay, we were safe, we knew where we were being picked up from etc.

Pros: We enjoyed our two-night stay. Huge praise for the staff—very kind and welcoming. We arrived quite late, yet we were still greeted with warm smiles, which we truly appreciated. The rooms are modern, clean, and well-maintained. The housekeeping staff tidied up every day with great care, and we are very grateful for that. Breakfast was satisfying; while breakfasts in Moroccan Riads are generally not very abundant, we found this one to be more generous than in other places we stayed. All in all, we had a wonderful experience and are especially grateful to Hafet for his hospitality!

Pros: This is a beautiful place to stay in the heart of the Medina, only a short walk to the main square. Whilst you are in the bustle of Marrakech, inside the walls of the Riad is quiet and calm. All the staff were welcoming and kind and very helpful - especially our host, Hafed who was able to give advice and guidance about things to do and see in the city. Breakfasts were excellent. The room was spotless and cleaned every day with fresh towels and bedding and bottled water. The Riad became our little home from home.

Felt like a home away from home

Pros: The staff are lovely and really helpful - they helped organise our taxi to and from the airport which was super handy. The Riad staff kindly helped us carry our bags and bring us to/ From the taxi which was great as we didn’t know what direction we were going in/to. The location is great as it’s not too far away from the Medina and the Souks. The Riad feels really safe and the beds are really comfortable. The Riad is beautiful too!

Cons: The breakfast was lovely. We really enjoyed the fruit on last day, would be amazing to receive throughout the stay.

Nice and clean Riad, would stay there again

Pros: Positive: - the location was very good, in the medina, but not in the heart of it where it’s super noisy and crowded. Believe me, you don’t want to be right in the heart of the medina - it was very clean, they were cleaning the rooms every single day - the staff was very helpful and warm - the room is spacious enough and the bed was confortable

Cons: Negative: - the breakfast could be more diverse and brought at the same time, they are bringing jam and butter, then bread, then omelette, then coffee….it takes forever - plain omelette every morning is super boring - the spa is not really a spa, it’s just a room - the rooftop could be used for so much more, it was just a laundry space, not very welcoming - the bathroom was very clean, but looks like it’s been a century since it was last renovated

Cons: Room 4, the air conditioning to the main bedroom was noisy , your sleep may get disturb at night If you don’t like rectangular memory foam pillows , you will struggle to get comfortable.
