Lovely place to stay

Pros: I loved the staff and the environment it was lovely and cozy and a walkable distance from the square

Cons: Its a request please change the bed linens after every checkouts as I could see the bedlinens were not changed it was used repeatedly the same for all the customers.

Pros: The service was great and it was very close to everything

Cons: It was a bit cold since it winter

Pros: I had a lovely time at this Riad. Everyone who works there is so friendly and helpful, which gives this Riad a lovely homely feel. The location is amazing and everything is in walking distance (yet no outside noise can be heard). The breakfast each morning felt quite special because they bring you everything to your seat and you can fuel up for the day (I believe you can just ask for seconds if you're still hungry but I was full every morning).

Cons: I came at a very cold time of the year, so the rooms did feel a bit chilly although I had a heater that helped a lot. I believe for the warmer months this Riad would be perfect.

Pros: Amazing breakfast and super friendly staff. We really enjoyed the riad and the room. Everything was clean and tidy. Reccomended.

Lovely experience! Lovely staff!!

Pros: You could not go wrong with Riad Bonheur, very close to Jemaa El Fnaa. Staff is very friendly, very helpful and knowledgeable, always smiling and willing to give you the best tips for the best experience. Arranged for us a pick up and then a drop off to the airport which is a no-brainer. Located in a quiet alley, it's a peaceful retreat from the busy medina, within a short walk to all the main attractions. We were able to easily explore nearly everything on foot. The access alley is narrow, but always felt safe without any problem. This Riad is a definite YES and we can't recommend it enough. We will definitely come back!

Lovely riad in excellent location

Pros: Beautiful riad a short walk from Jemaa el-Fnaa and most of the key places to see in the medina. Near enough the excitement but nice and quiet a couple of blocks away from the noise. Staff are very welcoming and friendly. Lovely patio and roof terrace.

Pros: We had a wonderful stay at the Riad Bonheur - super central location yet peaceful. We all slept so well! The staff are so happy and helpful and the breakfasts were fresh and tasty. We'd visit again for sure.

Amazing riad for authentic experience

Pros: We liked everything, from the room itself to service. This riad is so authentic in its design and features. The rooms were clean and were tidied every single day whilst we were out and about. Most importantly it was the staff members who we liked the most. Eveything done by them was done with the most care and genuineness.

Cons: The only thing to mention most probably is breakfast. Whilst everything was delicious and traditional to Moroccan breakfast, we were lacking some vegetables to compliment it.

Pros: Really nice bedroom, the place was gorgeous. They even packed some juice and cake for us leaving early in the morning.
