Perfect place to escape the craziness of Marrakech

Pros: Riad Zahir is the perfect oasis of calm after a long day hustling in the souks. The staff were so friendly and helpful and nothing was too much trouble for them. When one of our party felt unwell, they were very good at providing plenty of water, mint tea and toilet paper!

Very pretty Riad

Pros: Beautifully fitted out Riad. Splendid terrace. Pretty bathroom. Good location. Kind staff.

Cons: On arrival, one in our company (a 60+ female solo traveller and who the staff were expecting) found herself outside a locked front door and there was nobody who answered the phone. Thankfully this was during the day and a kind gentleman from the local shop down the road provided her with a chair while she waited and continued to ring for 30 minutes for someone from the Riad to welcome her.

Charming and Authentic Stay in the Heart of the City

Pros: We had a wonderful stay! The lovely women were so welcoming and helpful — communication before and during our visit was excellent. Our room was cozy, with a beautiful blue bathroom, and we loved having breakfast on our own private terrace. The riad felt authentic and peaceful, yet it was very central.

Cons: The only small downside was that the pool and rooftop terrace could use a little care, but overall it didn’t take away from the experience. We’d definitely come back!

Pros: We loved all about the property. We don’t have any negative to say. Riad is in the Medina. Beautiful Riad. Ladies cleaned the room and everything in the Riad every single day. They was so welcoming and friendly. They asked us every time they saw us if everything is good and asked if we want a tea. They helped us and we felt us very safe. These ladies who work in this Riad are the most amazing people I met.

Perfect stay in Marrakesh

Pros: Everything , good communication with the owner, very helpful staff and the place is completely perfect, couldn’t find one mistake , the cleaning, the decor, the locations , the space , the bed , the bathroom, the room , every little detail , the breakfast so good and the cutest cat. The staff for very helpful , never too much intrusive.
