Pros: Breakfast was lovely. The mint tea that hassan made was exceptional.

Cons: There was a smell from the drains in the room that kept coming back.

Relaxing Riad!

Pros: The peace and calm when you walk in is fab, as is the permanent spa smell. Our room, a triple, was perfect for myself and 2 sons. Breakfast was good, hamman excellent and the staff were wonderful throughout. We ate there too, and the tagine was lovely. The staff were the highlight.

Cons: My only slight niggle wad the sound of the water pipe that kept me awake the first night

Pros: The hospitality was truly outstanding from the moment I arrived. The team was warm, attentive, and always ready to help. Both dinner and breakfast were excellent with fresh, flavorful dishes that made every meal a highlight. The Riad itself is beautiful and in walking distance of the medina

Perfect stay … feels like home

Pros: The staff were very accommodating and cordial. We were pampered at all times with delicious coffee and tea. The breakfast was delicious and the service was great. The hotel is very cosy and located top. The offered shuttle worked great and even the suitcases were picked up and brought. When we had to go on the excursion a day earlier, we got coffee and tea earlier as well as a luch package. Highly recommended

Excellent Place to Stay

Pros: Everything went well. We enjoyed our stay here. The staff were friendly, responsive and helpful. One staff member was very helpful in advising where to visit. I would recommend this Riad.

Pros: The riad was beautiful - a little oasis from the busy streets of Marrakech. The interior is beautiful and our room was large and spacious. The food was great and it was nice to have the drinks fridge on the roof terrace which we could help ourselves to and pay at the end of the stay. The drinks prices were very reasonable too. The riad was so clean and the staff were all wonderful - in particular Hassan who couldn’t do enough for us. The location was also great. A wonderful stay all around.

Cons: Nothing - minor point but the shower was quite dark and so it would have been nice to have a light above it

Great base to explore the medina

Pros: We had a great stay here. The staff were so friendly and went above and beyond to be welcoming and helpful. The location is great - very central for exploring the medina but also down a very quiet back street so away from the bustle and noise.

Cons: The layout of the room felt slightly small for three of us but it was fine, just a very minor point.
