The staff here were amazing. So kind, helpful & accomodating. They are so friendly & hardworking.
Pros: The property had traditional rustic Moroccan charm.
Cons: There was a lovely terrace where we ate breakfast. It was maybe just a little tired & small. However, Riads are tall buildings with many floors & are just built this way.

Beautiful Riad and unforgettable experience
Pros: This is an absolutely beautiful Riad right in the centre of Marrakesh Medina. The experience was unforgettable. Thank you to Rashid for taking such a great care of us all. Breakfast was simply outstanding 10 out of 10!
Cons: This is not a criticism but something to be aware of - the riad has several floors connected by narrow spiral staircases which might be an issue for older guests - my mom struggled a little but it hasn’t spoilt her experience.

Warm hearted
Pros: Rachid and the other staff were welcoming and very helpful. Location was great, an oasis of peace in the bedlam of the city. Breakfast on the terrace was lovely.
Cons: Only that it’s perhaps a little over described in the listing. e.g. it doesn’t have a restaurant or bar, it only serves breakfast.

Lovely, peaceful, close to everything, quaint, delightful; would absolutely stay again.
Pros: We loved this Riad, and truly hope to stay again! Quiet and peaceful, yet less than a 2 minute walk to the souks without all the chaos of being IN the Medina. Easy access to shops, taxis, restaurants, and attractions. The space is GORGEOUS. Such a homey, lovely feel. For staff, we only ever dealt with Rachid, and he was phenomenal—Rachid went above and beyond repeatedly, for which we were so grateful, and which truly made our stay. Small details such as ensuring we had coffee for our early morning excursions (pre-breakfast hours), proper outlets, local recommendations, and even went so far as to bring us tea and cookies on our last night while we sat on the rooftop overlooking the city, and offered us drinks when we first arrived after a long journey. The rooms had such a romantic feel, you can’t help but fall in love with this city by the morning light and sounds of the birds.
Cons: There was some loud construction outside one night, but that’s not the property’s fault.

Beautiful, peaceful, comfortable, convenient, good price for what you get, and overall lovely.
Pros: Our stay was fantastic! Rachid was so incredibly helpful and kind, constantly going above and beyond. The bed and the room were beautiful and so comfortable. The heater and extra blankets did wonders for early February! The location was perfect—close to everything, 2 minute walk to the souks and all attractions without being stuck in the middle of the Medina, easy pick-ups and drop-offs, taxis were a breeze, and plenty of shops/restaurants nearby. The riad itself was gorgeous, petit, and with a stunning peacefulness. We would, and we DID, stay here again!
Cons: Nothing. The rooms were a bit small, but that can be deduced from the pictures.

A gem, but needs some care
Pros: A good Riad to stay at in a quiet part of the Medina. Enjoyed the breakfast on the rooftop and the hospitality provided
Cons: Door to our room didn't lock properly from the inside and had an uninvited guest (a cockroach) turn up in th bathroom 😩
