Pros: The Hospitality, the people, the place and of course the terrace roof with hot tube. Overall it was an amazing experience. The breakfast was also amazing. We highly recommend to have stay here. Thank you so much for this amazing experience.

Great Experience

Pros: All the staff were extremely cooperative, friendly, and always willing to help. A special mention goes to Mr. Abdel, who provided excellent guidance about the local area and activities in Marrakech. He took the time to explain everything clearly, shared valuable recommendations, and ensured we had the best possible experience exploring the city. His professionalism, knowledge, and warm attitude truly made a difference and added great value to our stay. Overall, the hospitality and support from the entire team made our visit comfortable, enjoyable, and memorable.

Simple and great

Pros: Staff was very helpful! We only stayed one night so can’t say much more but the beds were GREAT. Best bed on our trip this far.

Pros: Its quiet and away from the hustle and bustle of the busy streets. Yet not too far if I want to be in the middle of where everything is happening. The staff were courteous and lovely. Always polite and keen to help. There was always so much food for breakfast!! I feel so bad for wasting food. Latifa the lovely lady made my breakfast everyday. Shes on standby the moment I leave my room and head upstairs for breakfast.

Cons: Had a bit of a hiccup on arrival where I paid €20 for airport transport and another €20 for city tax (€2.50 per night for 5 nights is €12.50) They didnt have small change so I had to give 30 dirhams (roughly equates to €2.50 but I never got my €10 change back either. Basically handed €40 euros and 25dirhams in total to the lady. I got short changed so I end up counting all the euros and dirhams I have in my bedroom the moment I checked into the room (I know how much money I brought with me) and I did run €10 short. I also tried to double check with the lady whether I gave her a surplus of €10. She just claim i gave her €30 instead of €40 without checking cash flow and left. I think having to pay 2 currencies in cash at the reception upon arriving probably means it got a bit chaotic and I kept saying I gave you 40 euros but she just never gave me the 10 euroes back. Its okay. €10 for a Moroccan welcome, I suppose.

Beautiful Riad in an excellent location

Pros: The Riad is very beautiful and located in an excellent location, cloae to shops and restaurants. Tucked away in a quiet part of the medina, away from the noise and hustle and bustle The room and bathroom were of a good size, good for a single person or couple. A short 15-20 minute away from the centre of the Medina. And close walk to most of the famous sights of Marrakesh All staff were friendly and helpful. Farah in particular was very kind and accommodating. And prepared delicious breakfast every morning. I would definitely recommend this riad to anyone wo wants an authentic experience of staying within the Medina.

Cons: There were some issues with the hot water, which was dealt with promptly by the staff.

Fantastic place to stay with exceptional service

Pros: Had such a great stay at Riad Madinina. The rooms are comfortable, clean and provide everything needed. The service from staff is exceptional, thank you to Hafssa for welcoming us so warmly even though when we arrived we had come from a 4 day trek in the mountains and so probably weren’t looking very fresh! The breakfast is absolutely amazing with a selection of pastries, Moroccan bread, mint tea, coffee, fruit, and omelettes cooked to order. Location is perfect - not right in the medina and so a little away from the noise and crowds but with some great restaurants just a few minutes walk away. We really enjoyed the walk to the medina through the shops and souks. I wouldn’t hesitate to return and highly recommend this place. Thanks for a superb stay!

Highly recommend!

Pros: Our stay was excellent! It was our anniversary and the staff made our stay extra special. The breakfast was lovely every morning. The night staff, Hafid, met us close by when we arrived and walked us to the riad which we really appreciated as we were unfamiliar with the area. He made us some tea when we arrived and also gave us some great recommendations too. Would recommend to anyone who is looking to stay in Marrakech!

A peaceful and welcoming stay with amazing staff and great hospitality in the heart of Marrakech.

Pros: The staff were very friendly, especially Haffsa, the manager. She was so kind and even let me use her desktop to print my boarding pass without charging anything. They even served us breakfast when we woke up late, thanks to Lathifa, who kindly served us around 12 noon without any hesitation 😅. The team also gave us great tips about the city and suggested which places to visit. The night staff, Hafid, was also very kind, friendly, and helpful. I also enjoyed using the jacuzzi. Even though the riad is located in the Medina, it felt calm and quiet inside, which I really liked. Would really recommend if you are planning to stay in the Medina.

Fantastic staff, comfortable cool rooms and delicious breakfast

Pros: We had an amazing time at this Riad. All 4 bedrooms were en-suites with spacious bathrooms, comfortable showers and huge mirrors. Each room had air conditioning and a TV mounted to the wall with Amazon prime available. The best part of our stay was definitely the staff. Farah and Hafid were exceptional. They took great care of us and made our stay special. Farah made breakfast each morning and Hafid offered us tea and great conversations each evening.

Cons: The kitchen facilities were smaller than expected. There was a microwave and fridge but we were expecting a stove. Overall it was still a great stay
