Riad Ambre et Jasmin

Pros: Thanks to the staff especially Ridwan we had a lovely stay at the Riad. Location right a couple of blocks away from the business, but quietly at night.

Cons: Somewhat hard bedding but that is more a preference.

Lovely staff - Thanks to Redouane!!!

Pros: Redouane is a plus for this riad, so kind and helpful at all hours. He even accompanied us to the taxi station during the night. Also the other staff was very good, housekeeping cleaned daily so coming from a long day exploring everything was just as when we checked in.

Cons: The pool/jacuzzi would be nice during the whole year. We where there in february and it was really warm. Our shower was a fixed overhead rain shower with no handheld attachment, less practical.

Beautiful, comfortable and clean. Unfortunately the area around is unsafe.

Pros: The place is very beautiful, confortable and clean. The breakfast is very good. The staff are very friendly. Special thanks to Mustafa and Redouane who were always very helpful. The location is quite good inside of the Riad.

Cons: Althouh near busy places the specific street where the place is located is very hidden and unsafe. I was robbed at 22:30 literally 2 minutes walking from the riad. With the excuse that the street is closed for praying they help you go around other street and then instead of one person suddently they are two and they will ask you for all the money you have. So if you go back to the riad after sun goes down ask the staff to pick you up in the corner of Tajine Mama (Rue el Gza / Derb Boumba / Derb Ennakhla). It's safer.

Relaxing haven't in the centre of the souks

Pros: The riad is charming; beautifully and authentically decorated. The rooms are very special and well-equipped in every way. Mustafa and Zakaria go out of their way to be helpful and considerate to their guests. The quiet time between 10pm and 8am is welcome after the souk which is bursting with life, colour and noise. I would definitely recommend this riad to friends and sincerely hope to visit again.

Pros: We really enjoyed our stay here, everything was great! Bastouf was very welcoming and really helpful, he made our time in Marrakesh unforgettable! Rooms were really nice and the breakfast was also really good. Would definitely recommend this place

Nothing was too much trouble.

Pros: Zakira and Mustafa made us feel very welcome and were friendly and extremely helpful. The room was lovely and, although the weather was wet and cold, there was plenty of extra bedding which kept us warm! Zakira took us to buy an umbrella, and had to lend us the money until we could change some.

Cons: Nothing.

Pros: We had a great stay, the staff were very attentive, great facilities and great food. Mostafa looked after us very well and we would stay again.

Great location, super clean, fantastic staff

Pros: We had a wonderful time at Riad Ambre et Jasmin. Everything was super clean, the hotel itself is beautifully decorated with fantastic location (~10min walking to the souk) and the terrace. The breakfast was fantastic with so many options and thoughtfully served! The staff is so incredibly kind. The hospitality they have shown us is truly appreciated! From Abdul greeting us in the middle of the night, picking us up at the taxi drop off point and even accompanying us to get the food, as we arrived very late, to Mustafa with impressive German skills he learned in 3 months... We will be definitely coming back again and can really only recommend this place. Thank you everyone!:)

Very comfortable room in an attractive road with pleasant hosts.

Pros: Abdul and Zakaria were really helpful and flexible around early check. I was made to feel very welcome and they also helped with getting a taxi and carrying my luggage outside of the Medina to the car.

Cons: Water accumulated on the floor of the shower. I kept stubbing my toes because the low bed was wider than the matress.

Short and amazing stay!

Pros: This Riad is amazing! We were welcomed with a mint tea. The check in was super easy. Abdo the night manager was super friendly and helpful. We had to leave early in the morning, and he made us coffee and a little lunch to go which was amazing and super kind of him. We really enjoyed our stay here
