Pros: Riad Tchaikana was a perfect haven to return to after a day in the bustling souks. Breakfast was delicious and set us up for the day and the women running the show were helpful and friendly. The riad is right in the centre of the medina so nothing is more than a 10 minute walk. Thank you for a lovely stay

Cons: The passage leading up to the riad was quite dark and a bit daunting at first, but we soon got used to it.

Friendly staff, lots of tea, quiet garden with lots of birds visiting, couldn't ask for better vacation.

Pros: It was close to a lot of restaurants and key places to visit but also very quiet!

Cons: If I had to find something it would be the funny smell in the bathroom when it rained..but it was not that important to us and we visited in January when everything was damp anyway..

Pros: We had a wonderful stay at Riad Tchaikana. Khadija, Naoual, and their team were exceptional hosts who made us feel completely at home. Lovely breakfasts each morning, and Naoual even guided us through the medina on our first evening to help us get oriented. Khadija runs an excellent riad – clean, quiet, and a perfect sanctuary in the heart of the medina. She took time to explain how everything works and showed us the best routes to restaurants and cafes. The team helped with everything: taxis, booking our bus to Essaouira, laundry, and unlimited mint tea. The location is perfect – a short walk to Jemaa el-Fnaa and all major attractions. Don't miss dinner at the riad (ask in the morning). This was our best stay of the entire trip. Highly recommended, and we'll definitely return.

Pros: Staff friendly approachable and went out of their way to assist with restaurants and initial navigation through the Medina. The Riad eax beautifully and thankfully decorated. Very peaceful courtyard after a day out.

Fantastic stay

Pros: Khadija and the team were attentive and fantastic. The breakfast was delicious and the facilities were perfect. Could not recommend the riad more highly and we will be back
