Riad Zineb

Riad in a great location with AMAZING staff!

Pros: The riad is very traditional and we loved being able to go between all the sister riads! The location is great. All the staff were so lovely and friendly but especially a big shout out to Reda, he was amazing! Answered all our questions and always so chatty and friendly, even giving us tips on how to get around and haggle in the souks! He even walked us to the square one morning because we weren’t sure the best way to go. He is amazing! The taxi organised a hotel for us one day too which was a great help and organised our taxi to and from the airport. Nothing was too much trouble for them!

Cons: Everything was great!

Perfect stay in Marrakech old town

Pros: We were delighted with our room and the location. The staff were very friendly and went out of their way to make us feel comfortable and make the stay very special.

Cons: WiFi was a bit patchy.

Absolutely stunning riad with amazing staff, a true gem

Pros: Beautiful riad, great location in the middle of the medina with easy access to all important parts of the city. So authentic yet modern. Very nice breakfast on the rooftop terrasse of Zineb riad and also tasty dinner on the rooftop terrasse (with live music) of the next door sister riad of Karmella. We were lucky to have two beautiful rooms right by the pool. The staff organised all practical details like transportation and guide and excursions.

A fantastic base for a stay in Marrakesh.

Pros: The building is a typical Moroccan Riad. Really interesting architecture and very nicely laid out. Our room was a good size with a large shower room. Lovely shampoo and shower gel. The room (no 2) was on the ground floor and we had the patio and pool right outside our door. The pool was very refreshing after a day of sightseeing. Breakfast on the terrace was really good. A lot of choice and always served with a smile! Dinner at the main Riad Karmela was excellent, very reasonable and super tasty. I won't name names in case I forget someone but the whole Riad Zineb team deserve a huge thank you for looking after us so well. Sarah and Lorna

Cons: Nothing to dislike but a mini fridge would be great. Also more mature and less able travellers be aware there are a lot of steps to the terrace and they are quite steep. I am well into my 70s and did manage them……slowly!

Pros: It was gorgeous with so many facilities. Rooms were cleaned daily, and the breakfast spread was fantastic. So comfortable and relaxing.

Pros: The staff were so lovely and accommodating the rooms themselves were stunning! On arrival we were welcomed with Moroccan Tea and biscuits and were give a map and information about places of interest and the best ways to get there. The location was just so convenient. We had a late flights and they were able to accommodate a late check-in out. I look forward to returning soon.

Beautiful place to stay, remind us of history and culture, very accommodating friendly staff and pleasant.

Pros: Very nice authentic, clean and comfortable, on suite are very good. Good service.

Cons: Nothing much to like, not sure if location needs a bit a walk for people who have mobility difficulties.

Cons: It was a little hard to find the first day but we soon found our bearings

We loved the buzz of Marrakech and it was amazing to come back to Zineb for peace and quiet.

Pros: I loved everything about it. The staff were exceptionally helpful, dinner at Karmela delicious and breakfast at Zineb excellent with so much choice and nice to sit up on the roof terrace. Bedroom we had was incredible, big and comfortable. And most of all, the place was so quiet that you wouldn't believe you were in Marrakech.

Cons: Nothing could have been improved as far as I was concerned.
