Brilliant , would recommend Riad Rim to all our friends
Pros: The staff were amazing. so helpful. We loved every second of our trip to Marrakesh
Cons: A few comfy chairs on the roof in the shade would have been lovely.

Relaxing and central accommodation
Pros: We had an absolutely great stay here! The riad is very nice and comfortable. We also loved the terrace. Ismail and Mhedi were both super friendly, hospitable and gave us helpful advice. The location is very good, you can get everywhere fast. The breakfast was also nice. We 100% recommend it!

Pros: Staff were always available and very helpful on all occasions, serving dinner, organising a hamam in the last minute, preparing a jacuzzi and providing information about Morocco and Marrakech. The room was also maintained daily and you can see the ladies are putting great attention to cleaning. We had a short but fulfilling and very comfortable stay there. Although it is in the middle of Medina full of life and fuss, the riad is very quiet and peaceful. I truly recommend this stay in any aspect. Thank you kindly for everything.
Cons: Everything was great, there's more advice on luggage. Riad is in an area that can not be reached by car. You have to walk a little bit so it is advisable to be lighter on luggage or use the riad transport services or some other widely available.

Pros: Everything was great with our stay there. Outside is busy and noisy and once you get inside you forget all about the chaotic medina. A special thanks to the lovely staff working there, they have been super helpful and friendly.

Really nice place to sleep
Pros: The Riad looked better than in the photos especialy in daylight. I liked the beautiful wooden details and frames; it felt really like a premium hotel. The staff was great. Breakfast was good. There were plenty of places to relax.
Cons: The entrance is a little bit hidden, and I had to ask strangers to guide me.

Pros: The riad is beautiful, and we had a really good time. The rooftop terrace is very nice, it even has a cool bar in it. But what made our stay here very special were the staff: the lady in the kitchen (forgive me lalla, I'm terrible with names) made us the best moroccan meal we've had so far, and Ismail and everyone else working there were incredible and super attentive, friendly and helpful. Big thanks to everyone
Cons: The only thing I want to say is the riad can be tricky to get to at night, especially because google maps doesn't tell you that the souks close at night. We were there for two nights and both nights we had quite stressful experiences navigating the surroundings, especially because it was raining and there weren't many people around. I'd recommend to offer guests clear instructions on how to leave / get back or where to book taxis from/to etc..
