Lovely riad - the wonderful staff made our stay!
Pros: The riad was really lovely. Ahmed and his whole team were fabulous and made our stay. Extremely friendly, professional, polite and helpful. Breakfast on the roof terrace was superb. Room was cleaned daily with different towel origami and rose petals each day! Complimentary airport transfers were a real bonus! Booked a massage at the riad too, which was super.
Cons: Room was a great size, but cold. There was an aircon remote control but no aircon unit! Beautiful fireplace in bedroom, which was partly why we booked that particular room, but this was not in use - instead there was an ancient mobile gas fire, which was very tricky to light (ignition didn't work so had to use a lighter which was quite dangerous). The location was a good 25 minute walk from the centre of Marrakesh and quite difficult to find until you get your bearings after a few days. Constantly being accosted by people (often children) offering to show us the way (when they saw us navigating on our phones). We had been forewarned that this would come at a price, so politely declined, but was a bit of a battle - they are very persistant!

We loved our 4 day stay in the city and enjoyed a trip out to the mountains
Pros: The Riad is 5 minutes inside the walled city which is helpful for taking trips and getting taxis. It is at the Northern end of the city so the Souk and square are 25 minute walk away. This wasnt a problem for us in February when it is cool but maybe too far in the summer heat through all the alleys. Ahmed was an excellent host. Nothing was too much trouble for him. Breakfast was good with a variety of food, coffee and tea on request. We ate in the centre courtyard because mornings were cool but in summer the rooftop terrace would be perfect for eating
Cons: If you are looking for a spa then this riad might not be what you are looking for. They have a plunge pool and massage facilities on request for an additional charge. If you want a hamman Ahmed can organise it elsewhere.

Ideal calm place to discover Marrakech medina
Pros: The staff was super available and kind, true Moroccan hospitality, much appreciated. Location slightly outside the medina effervescence was a plus, very calm and relaxing. Great rooms and breakfast.

The Riad was attractive but what made it a great stay for us was the staff who were so very helpful
Pros: The breakfast was fine. The location was a walk from the Riad to parking places as cars cannot go into that part of the Medina
Cons: I asked for two rooms with two beds as we were not couples but one of the rooms had a double bed and there were no other single bed rooms. It would have been nice if they had a printed map with walking access to the Riad shown as taxis didn’t always drop us off at the same place.

Fabulous Riad, great staff, thoroughly recommend
Pros: The interior furnishings are dripping with character and charm, the staff are all extremely helpful and accommodating. It is approximately 15 min walk to the main souk’s restaurants through the residential area of the madina

A stunning Riad
Pros: The Riad is stunning, the cleaning crew left a different lovely design each night. The breakfasts are great and the reception crew is top notch, they assist you with great service.
Cons: As the location is not close to the central market it's better to go to gate Bwibat Laayadi and take a taxi to go to the center. As it's a long walk to the center otherwise.

Fantastic stay, really authentic, lovely people, beautiful Riad, we loved it here!
Pros: The Riad itself was lovely but what made is was the people; everyone was so lovely and couldn’t do enough for you. The food was delicious! Everyone was so helpful and made our stay very special!
Cons: You do need to walk through the Medina to get to the Riad, but it’s only a short (4 minute) walk into the Medina from the main/busy areas. You can easily be picked up from any of the surrounding busy areas

What a great stay
Pros: It was our first time in Morocco, and it was absolutely wonderful! The staff — Ahmed and Khaled — were incredibly helpful, kind, and welcoming. They set such a high standard that it will be hard to compare them with the rest of our journey. Truly beautiful people with genuine hospitality. You must try their dinner — it’s honestly one of the best meals we’ve ever had! The room itself was good value for the price, the riad was charming and peaceful, and the neighborhood felt very safe. It’s a bit farther from Al Fna Mosque, which actually made it a quiet and relaxing place to stay. You will definitely enjoy your stay here — guaranteed! 🌟
Cons: Nothing, everything was perfect They need to add TV in the room, not really big issue for us

Beautiful, traditional Riad in a quiet corner of the Medina
Pros: Beautiful Riad and very spacious room in a quiet corner of the Medina. We had our own car and there was public parking nearby. Warm, friendly and helpful staff!
Cons: Nothing, it's a wonderful Riad.
