Stunning, luxury Riad

Pros: We had a fantastic stay at Riad El Aaiun! The Riad - and its rooms - are beautifully designed with a luxury vibe and are very comfortable. There's a lovely rooftop where breakfast is served each morning, and which offers a peaceful escape from the business of the old city. The staff are incredibly friendly and very attentive. The Riad location is great, and it has a beautiful space! We'll be back!

Stunning property and fantastic kind staff

Pros: Firstly the staff - not only looked after me and took pride in everything but also felt like a family stay! (Big thanks Reda, Rachid, Yusuf, Omar and Ali!!) breakfast was fantastic and attention to detail phenomenal, beautiful property.

Cons: I travelled in winter so room could get very cold- prepare!! The route to get there in alleyways can be intimidating if alone but I didn’t get problems and staff were kind to walk with me if I needed.

Beautifull chilled and stunningly designed riad with exceptionally kind and attentive staff.

Pros: Fabulous place to stay on the edge of the city wall. Reda, Abdel and the team were wonderfully kind and attentive and couldn’t do enough to make our stay as good as it gets.

Cons: The rooms and interiors were absolutely stunning. A feast for the eyes for those who love design.

Amazing, everything was perfect, can’t wait to come back

Pros: Everything was perfect, the rooms, the breakfast, the ambiance, the staff! The team were all brilliant, Yousef, Omar and Rachid were all great at giving advice on the area, they offered to walk me through the neighbourhood and recommended a taxi driver who I ended up using throughout my stay, an amazing and super helpful team. The riad itself is gorgeous, the breakfast was stunning and I will definitely return. Thank you for making my stay one to remember

Cons: The location is a bit far away from the souks and restaurants, but as it was a very authentic neighborhood it was interesting for us to experience. We always felt safe and the important places were still walkable.

A perfect 3 days spent in a beautiful and elegant Riad with an exeptional staff and personalized service!

Pros: We had an amazing time in Riad El Aaiun! The staff was exeptional, they helped us with everything, had really great recommendations, and of couse we always got tea. The Riad is very elegant, decorated in a traditional Moroccan way mixed with mid-century modern pieces and a beautiful contemporary art collection! The room was beautiful, the beds were really comfortable. The Riad is very close to an exit from the Medina, so it was very easy to find it. The location is perfect, it’s a bit further from the souks, in a calm and safe area, but still within walking distance from everyhing! I highly recommend!

Magnificent

Pros: Everything. Reception was warm and welcoming. Reda and the other guys made sure I was comfortable and had everything I needed during the stay. I will come back again.

Pros: A truly beautiful riad — elegant, tasteful, and full of charm. The breakfast was delicious, and in my opinion, the larger suite with the view is absolutely worth the upgrade. We loved every moment of our stay. That said, what really makes a place special are the people. As a queer couple, we had some initial concerns about feeling fully welcome — and those couldn’t have been more wrong. Reda is an absolute gem. On his own time, he organised a last-minute birthday cake with my name on it, and throughout our stay he was incredibly kind, attentive, and genuinely warm. The entire team was wonderful, but Reda’s care and level of service truly stood out. He went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable and at home. Thank you, Reda — you made our stay unforgettable. Give this man a raise. 💛

A lovely stay in a beautiful Riad

Pros: The service and staff were amazing. A special thanks to Omar, Reda and Rachid. They all had very warm personalities and took great care of us. The rooms were cleaned on a daily basis, which was great. Breakfast was amazing. The riad itself has a vintage style and is nicely decorated. It is located in a quiet neighbourhood in the old medina. Last but not least and very important, the rooms had very comfortable beds. Our family would definitely recommend this riad. We hope to come back some time in the future.
