Tranquil, welcoming and authentic
Pros: An authentic Riad- 400 years old we were told. It was beautiful and tranquil. All staff were extremely helpful, kind and friendly and arranged airport transfers and a Hammam booking for us which was fabulous. Breakfast was different every morning, traditional, home baked goods and tasty. We ate dinner one evening which was lovely, home cooked local dishes
Cons: The location was a little far from the buzz- Although this made it very quiet for sleeping which we liked

Great location. Lovely staff. Great breakfast. Highly recomended. Would definately stay again
Pros: Everything was perfect. The staff could not have been any more pleasant , approachable and helpful. The riad is in the quieter part of the madina which suited us well and was only 10 min walk to the hustle and bustle. Breakfast was different every day and served in a beautiful room in the riad. The sociable Riad cat, zubeeda, made our stay even more homely. The rooms were very clean and the housekeeper did a wonderful job tidying the room everyday.
Cons: Nothing. Everything was perfect

Pros: An exceptionally beautiful place with friendly staff. There are few places to eat or shop in this particular area. The main action is a 10-15 minute walk away.
Cons: Beware of locals on the streets who offer to show you around or help you find something. We were led down a dead-end street until we refused and walked on our own.

Great stay in a lovely setting
Pros: A very tourist-friendly place with truly top-notch service. The reception staff were kind, welcoming, and always ready to help, while the ladies responsible for the meals were just as friendly and attentive. The riad itself is beautiful, full of character, with a charming traditional décor that feels both authentic and memorable. There is plenty of terrace space to relax, a refreshing pool available to guests, and lots of greenery that contributes to the peaceful atmosphere. The rooms are spacious, well-maintained, and kept in a lovely traditional style that enhances the overall experience. Breakfasts were mainly on the sweet side, but tasty and fresh. Both the mint tea and the coffee were very good.
Cons: The area is okay, but it’s about a 30-minute walk from the main square. You won’t see many tourists here; it’s mostly a residential neighborhood. In the evenings, you might not feel completely comfortable or entirely safe, especially if you’re not familiar with the area. There are quite a few local people approaching or trying to engage you in conversation, which can sometimes feel a bit overwhelming.

Both the Riad and staff were amazing.
Pros: The Riad was magnificent, a true taste of Marrakech.
Cons: Would have been useful to have set of drawers for clothes in the room.

Pros: We had a wonderful stay at this riad! The place is very nice, clean, and beautifully decorated, but what really makes it special is the incredibly welcoming staff. Before arriving, I had read some of the less positive reviews and shared my concerns with them — they were very reassuring and responsive. When we arrived (even though it was midnight), they met us at the drop-off point nearby and greeted us with delicious Moroccan tea. Mouaad was amazing — he helped organize our taxis to and from the restaurants we had booked, and even prepared a takeaway breakfast for our early departure. The location is a bit farther from the main square, but there’s easy access by car and a nearby drop-off/parking area, which is a big plus in Marrakech. Overall, we felt very well taken care of and would definitely recommend this riad to anyone visiting!
