Great location, beautiful surroundings.

Pros: This is a lovely riad right in the medina, yet in a safe and peaceful neighbourhood. Rooms are beautifully decorated in traditional Moroccan style and the courtyard scented with rose petals. Thank you to Hassan and Samir for making us feel welcome. We so enjoyed our breakfast up on the terrace each morning, especially under the Berber tent!

Lovely Riad in a quiet but well located Medina spot

Pros: The roof terrace for breakfast was lovely. Hassan and his team were super helpful, on parking and help with luggage, umbrellas when it rained. Very quiet location within the medina but within walking distance distance of Jma el fnaa, Majorelle gardens, museums etc.

Cons: WiFi wasn’t bad, but not the best.

Perfect oasis in a central location

Pros: Beautiful Rhiad. As I imagined from the photographs. In a great location- so quiet but so close to everything. A little tranquil haven. Very friendly and helpful. Lovely breakfast served on the beautiful terrace.

Cons: The only downside (and this would be true of all Rhiads) is if there is a noisy guest who sits in the courtyard downstairs, the sound travels upwards to your room. Thankfully this only happened one evening and wasn’t too late.

Pros: Riad Fatinat is an absolutely amazing , traditional Moroccan style Riad. The room (Sanawi 2) was so beautiful, just like from a fairy tale of thousand and one nights. The room was very clean and comfortable and full of wonderful little details . The bed was very comfortable, The shower had good water flow, and enough hot water. Bathrooms with free toiletries. A gem of a riad - highly recommend

Pros: Utterly charming!! This riad is stunning, with beautiful and tastefully decorated rooms. The bed was so comfortable and despite being in the medina, it was so quiet and peaceful. The service was excellent - Hassan and his nephew were wonderful and available to help us with any request. Breakfast is good, and served on the roof terrace, which also is a great place to relax. It is also in a great location, an easy walk to the sights. Highly recommend. 5*s!!

Pros: Excellent, friendly and helpful staff. Very good breakfast in a lovely relaxed rooftop setting. A small Riad offering a very personal low-key service.
