Conveniently located and staff was very nice

Pros: Staff was very kind and willing to answer questions.

Cons: The shower temperature was too high and very difficult to adjust to get the right temperature.

Pros: The riad is very beautiful and cozy. The staff welcomed us very well! The breakfast is great! Everything is very clean, I truly recommend it.

The perfect accommodation for a visit to Marrakech.

Pros: Really beautiful and peaceful Riad. In the middle of everything, but down a quiet street. I loved sitting on the roof terrace in the February sun. Our room was full of character and tastefully decorated. The staff were all very kind and helpful and really enhanced our stay.

Cons: I loved it all, but would love to come back later in the year when the temporary roof is removed

Pros: We had an great time at riad helen while staying in Marrakech. The team made us feel welcome at all time and we are really grateful for their hospitality. The riad is beautiful and peaceful, the perfect place to rest after a busy day in Marrakech or the surrounding region.

Pros: We had a wonderful stay at Riad Helen, the riad itself is absolutely beautiful and so aesthetic, with a calm and welcoming atmosphere. Our room was very comfortable, clean, and thoughtfully designed, making it a perfect place to relax after busy days in Marrakech. The hosts were amazing and the service throughout our stay was excellent. What truly makes Riad Helen stand out, however, is the breakfast, hands down the best we had during our entire Morocco trip. We were completely spoilt, and no other place quite matched the breakfast we had here. A special mention to Zakrya, who was incredibly helpful, from getting us set up with sim cards to helping us figure out things to see in Marrakech. He really went above and beyond, so an extra star just for him. Highly recommend Riad Helen. We would absolutely stay here again.

A peaceful pleasant stay that changed our vision of Marrakesh.

Pros: The room and the Riad are really very nice, clean and tasteful; the breakfast there is delicious; the staff are exceptional making us feel like home and making us wish to come back. The location of the Riad is also great, not only central but also next to excellent restaurants, and taxis can stop very nearby, which is an advantage in the centre of Medina. It is also near a police stand, making us feel safe day and night.

Amazing hosts in a beautiful Riad

Pros: The property is very clean and well decorated. The traditional breakfast was great, included tea and coffee and a different juice each morning. The hosts, Chouaib and Zakaria were amazing, they would reply to any request in seconds and would go above and beyond to help us. The room was quite big and well thought out.

Cons: The location was good, pretty close to everything in the medina. However, we felt that walking home at night made us a bit uneasy walking through the small streets because the taxi cannot drop you off in front. But I believe this is the case for most if not all Riads in the medina and not something bad about Helen.

Great place to stay in the Medina

Pros: The breakfast was very nice and varied. The hotel staff is super friendly and welcoming considering we have arrived late in the night. The room was quite comfortable and spacious.

Cons: No objections.
