Absolutely incredible reception, stay and ultra helpful staff. Must visit

Pros: Location was very good, near the main square, nice and cozy place. Huge props to the staff as they were absolutely incredible throughout the journey! They surpassed a lot the expectations and were absolutely flawless!!

Peaceful retreat, great staff, good value for money. Would recommend.

Pros: We had a lovely time at the Riad des Arts. The location is great, down a small side street very close to the Jemaa el-Fna. It is lovely quiet retreat from the mania of central Marrakech, and well put together inside. The staff were friendly and helpful in both English and French. We had massage treatments from Amal which was lovely.

Beautiful riad, but book tours elsewhere

Pros: Beautiful property, great location in the medina. Staff excellent

Cons: Rooms very dark, very noisy!! But our own fault as should have expected that. No tea/coffee facilities in room. Booked tours and hammam through road both times and pretty disappointed both times. Told the hammam had a spa so we could relax whilst other had massage, they showed us a picture beforehand and this wasn’t where we went. Had to sit in cold waiting for an hour for other person. Tour not explained to us at all, cost €130 each aswell so not cheap, basically just sat in a car for 7 hours.

Pros: We had an amazing experience at this riad. The atmosphere was peaceful and relaxing, making it the perfect place to unwind after exploring the city. A special mention to the staff, who were incredibly kind, attentive, and always available to assist with anything we needed. The location is also fantastic, just a 2 minute walk from the main square, making it easy to explore Marrakech while still enjoying the tranquility of the riad.

An excellent stay with charming hosts!

Pros: We had a very enjoyable short break at Riad des Arts. The riad had a traditional Moroccan vibe coupled with modern comforts and was spotlessly clean. The staff were lovely and always helpful when we needed to know anything. They booked us a very good excursion to the Altas mountains and also recommended a fabulous Hamman Spa which was a great experience. Our airport transfers were booked through the riad and all went smoothly. Breakfast was traditional and plentiful. We ate at the riad on one night where we were served two different tagines both of which were delicious.

Pros: Located in the heart of medina, clean, specious room and very kind and helpful staff. They also informed us that we need to print our boarding pass to fly back home and they print it for us, otherwise we would pay 40 € at the airport.

Cons: Breakfast could have more salty options, eggs for example.

Beautiful stay in Marrakesh

Pros: Muhammad and the team were so welcoming & friendly. They organised trips for us & we extended our stay for another night, which was no problem at all. The riad is beautiful & it felt like home. Would definitely recommend staying here.

Cons: The street leading to the riad is a bit off putting but once you turn down the alley towards the riad it's much quieter & very safe

Pros: Beautiful riad in the heart of medina. We really liked the interiors and service. The hotel employee greeted us cordially, offered welcome drink and told us about interesting places in Marrakech that are worth visiting. The room is clean and beautiful, the breakfast is standard, the food is fresh and tasty.

Cons: We arrived in the evening, so we had to walk to the riad through the central square. Taxi can't go straight to the place.
