Riad Persephone

Pros: Anas was exceptionally helpful and polite and welcoming and made us feel.at home. All staff were great and very welcoming and polite would highly recommend 😀

Pros: Welcoming and generous staff (thank you Anas for the excellent reception and customer care), gorgeous building and rooms, peaceful courtyard and fun rooftop, very tasty breakfast.

Cons: Could be a little loud due to proximity to the market, but this is very minor. Just bring earplugs if you want to sleep early.

Pros: Super friendly staff, cozy atmosphere, and very cute decorations. There is even a little turtle living there ☀️ Breakfast is delicious and they bring u lots of extra things when u have allergies.

Cons: Ground rooms tend to be a bit dark and smaller but that’s the nature of a Riad. It doesn’t diminish the beauty of the place

Amazing property

Pros: Myself and my son stayed for one night and it was fantastic from arrival to checkout. Beautiful clean accommodation. Shower was strong and plenty of hot water. We had an early departure and were given breakfast to take away. I would highly recommend Riad Persephone.

Pros: The property was comfortable and had a really big bed to fit my 6foot2 self in. It was local to everything in the city centre, the staff was amazing especially Anas - he was really welcoming and such a cool dude. He made me feel like I belonged in the city, as soon as I entered he welcomed me in and gave me some tea and biscuits and he was always there to help with anything

Pros: I loved the location and the terrace! Very close to everything and I felt safe walking home at night. The staff were great, especially Annas who was very friendly and welcoming. I would recommend it

Very arty and convenient, but in danger of letting itself go.

Pros: The photos looked lovely and there are some amazing rooms. Unfortunately ours wasn't one of them. The staff are amazing and speak good English. The breakfasts were lovely and the location was very near the square.

Cons: Our room was not as creative as the others, while it was pleasant we were a bit deflated. I felt the aircon appliance (which we didn't have on as it was Jan and too cold) was drawing in fumes and I didn't see a carbon monoxide detector. There is too much clutter in the place as a whole, especially on the rooftop terrace, too many pots and not enough relaxing places to sit or sunbathe. The hot tub looked like it needs a good filter and clean out. The library could do with more than War books, which are a bit depressing. Being so close to the square is convenient but also comes with noise. There were also guests who shouted across the verandas like no-one else was around, a bit disrespectful.

Beautiful Riad close to main square

Pros: Everything. It is a beautiful Riad, and a very short walk to the main square...once you are in Marrakech you realise how important it is to be able to find your accommodation easily!! The rooms are beautiful and atmospheric, and the roof terrace and hot tub are wonderful, with great views across the square one way and to the Atlas mountains the other. The staff are exceptionally kind and friendly, and we felt very welcome 🙏

Cons: Nothing, it was the perfect place for exploring Marrakech
