Pros: Good daily breakfast. Good roof terrace with small pool. Hamman in the building.

Exceptional service and thoughtful touches throughout

Pros: Stunning modern riad with an amazing team and service. Loved the delicious breakfast and thoughtful touches like providing a phone for hotspot and support. Excellent location to main square and not too difficult to find. Only minor con was the room lighting being a bit dark. Highly recommend Pure House Marrakesh.

Most enjoyable

Pros: The property was centrally situated for exploring the Medina. It was a very calm comfortable Riad. All the staff were excellent especially Ahmed who particularly went out of his way to ensure a comfortable stay.

Cons: No dislikes. Only thing that may help is a better stocked bar.

Just brilliant, great location, great accommodation, and really friendly staff.

Pros: Convenient location in the part of the Medina. Tucked away down an alley, but it’s well lit and very quiet. The rooms are excellent. Sarah and her staff speak excellent English and couldn’t be more welcoming and attentive. We will definitely be back.

Pros: A beautiful riad, attention to detail and quality of interior design was excellent . A delicious breakfast was served in the courtyard and in dinner at their restaurant la salama is also highly recommended.

Great start to our anniversary holiday

Pros: The staff were amazing, very attentive. A great location. We had an early departure and they made small breakfast available for us, upon request. Also they gave us use of a Mobile phone which came in really handy and was a great surprise. And they made our anniversary extra special by having a bottle of prosecco waiting in our room.

Perfect for what we were looking for.

Pros: Breakfast was great. Staff delightful and helpful. Very clean and an oasis in middle of Marrakesh. Room was lovely but would didn't really like the way the rooms open onto central courtyard, so not very private but other than that it was great.

Pros: All of it! We loved our 2 day stay. Sara the manager was excellent and booked us a hammam at late notice. Khdija in the spa was amazing and made my husband and I feel very relaxed at our first hammam. Massage was top class too. We stayed in the suite which was a lovely room. Lush white towels, linen bedlinen, easy chairs and fab bathroom. Bottled water in the room. Rooftop was lovely, pink flowers, cream stoneware, plunge pool, sunbeds. We ordered a couple of glasses of nice wine there too which hard to come by in Marrakesh! I can't remember the man's name who served us breakfast but he was very friendly and remembered our orders on the second day! Breakfast was just right for us - yoghurt,fruit, cappuccino, choice of eggs, pastries, pancakes. And can be eaten on the rooftop or by the decorative pool on the ground floor. We stayed in 3 other riads in the medina over our stay and this was the best! If I ever return to Marrakesh I shall be staying here....
