Great Riad in the middle of the Medina!
Pros: Great location, staff and breakfast. Good bed, hot shower and everything was clean! Entire medina and with that all sights in walking distance. Staff is willing to help with transport, restaurant tips, ideas what to visit etc.
Cons: We slept in the only room on the groud floor where you heard a bit more from people at the reception but it did not bother us much.

We immersed ourselves in the magical world of Morocco
Pros: The house was extremely clean, very beautiful and cozy, with lovely Christmas decorations. The lady who welcomed us had such a contagious laugh and was incredibly kind and friendly – she greeted us with tea and delicious homemade cookies. The young man who helped her during breakfast also contributed to the warm and pleasant atmosphere. Every detail was carefully thought out, and we truly felt wonderful. And when we stepped out of this lovely haven, we were immediately thrown into the hustle and bustle of the medina – the contrast was incredible! Highly recommended!
Cons: everything was wonderful

it’s what you are looking for 👍🏼
Pros: The location of the Riad couldn’t be any better - it is where everyone wants to be when in Marrakech. The manager/owner was very friendly and helpful with all our needs and requests.
Cons: Small rooms aren't an issue since the size is transparently listed. However, the layout is inefficient. There’s almost nowhere to hang jackets or clothes. This is especially frustrating because towels don't dry in the bathroom, and there are no hooks or spaces in the main room to hang them up instead

I would come back
Pros: The service is amazing, the welcoming with moroccan tea, so personalized and they made it feel like a welcoming ceremony. Breakfast was also good.
Cons: When arriving late one had to know the door and someone would get up, that's a bit embarrassing...

Totally recommend!
Pros: We stayed for 4 nights at this riad and for us was simply perfect! The location is extremely good, 3-4 minutes away from the main square, Jemaa el-Fnaa. Very close to the busy streets, but so quiet and peaceful once inside the riad. The owner, all family members and those who are working there are very welcoming and polite. We had delicious breakfast on the terrace, with eggs and a variety of Moroccan pancakes, juices and desserts, tea and coffee each day. The room size could be a bit small for some, however it is according to a traditional riad. It was cleaned each day and towels changed. We definitely recommend this location!

Business Trip Marrakesch.
Pros: Beautiful and well-maintained Riad in the middle of the Medina and the Souk. Very friendly host and a wonderful breakfast every day. Traditional Moroccan baths or hammams and restaurants within walking distance, also various high-end restaurants. Easy visits to palaces, markets and mosques, there is so much to see and do in the medina of Marrakech!

Pros: The place is near everything- restaurants, market, shops, yet it's still a quiet place to rest. All the staff have been very nice. The food has always been delicious, and my room has been kept clean and tidy everyday.
Cons: That my vacation was over and I had to leave.

Pros: We were very satisfied with our stay. The owner and staff were very friendly, and helpful. The location was perfect, just a 3-minute walk from the square. We did not experience any security issues in the area. The rooms were spotless. The breakfast was excellent. I would definitely recommend for accommodation.
