Lovely staff, lovely and peaceful riad and great location

Pros: The staff were great. The location was great and the riad itself was very peaceful and the breakfast spread/variety was great

Cons: We were at ground floor and could hear footsteps from the room above. It’s not so bad that it ruins your stay though.

Created great memories for our special family occasion

Pros: This riad is absolutely breathtaking, and the staff are genuinely some of the warmest, kindest people we’ve ever met. Even before we arrived, we reached out to ask if it would be possible to book a massage despite the spa being close to closing time, and they accommodated us without hesitation. The massage itself was incredible. Every single experience here felt flawless, down to the smallest detail. From the moment we stepped inside, we felt completely at home. We’re deeply grateful for every gesture, every smile, and every moment that made this stay so unforgettable.

Pros: I stayed at room 2. Breakfast is very local, it comes as a set. Hotel interior is same as advertised - very comfortably decorated, tidy, with great perfume odour and soft background music, which contributes very relaxing atmosphere. Rooms are well decorated with satisfied cleaning. Bathroom is very Moroccan. Hotel offers hammam (Moroccan 'turkish' bath) and massage at an additional fee - very enjoyable and recommended Hotel provide airport transportation with equal fee as local taxi. I recommend prebook this shuttle as they will guide you to the front entrance which is quite tricky to be reached at first.

Cons: The room door is secured with sliding door lock which is quite hard / noisy to be maneuvered. The hotel cannot be accessed by transportation. It is quite tricky to be reached on foot as it is hidden in a small lane in old town. Suggest to communicate with hotel prior to your arrival. Hotel does not offer accessibility access, so best to notify beofre your arrival if you have any mobility difficuties.

The perfect stay

Pros: Maison Dar Saada is absolutely perfect. The hotel is so quiet and serene, yet it is situated just minutes from the chaos of the Jemaa El-Fnaa square and the souks. The staff could not be more helpful, the breakfast was delicious and the onsite hamman was incredible. Would definitely recommend this to anyone travelling to Marrakech and would absolutely stay here again!

A calm Oasis amidst the madness of Marrakesh

Pros: Ideal location. A wonderfully calm and relaxing Riad within steps of the madness of the main square. Once inside, it feels like a retreat and you would have no idea that there is a mad bustling city outside the front door.

Cons: I'd have loved a coffee station in the room for a morning coffee, although there was a Nespresso machine available in the restaurant a few steps away.

Cons: Since it is a riad, it can be a bit noisy. If you are a light sleeper, you may hear other guests coming in or out of their rooms.

A tasteful and super welcoming riad in the heart of the medina

Pros: Wonderful and so tasteful riad,everything is beautiful and well cared. By far the best bed linen and pillows, and the best breakfast. we would have happily stayed longer.

Cons: In our room the water pipes were making a little of a strange noise and we worried it would have continued all night but the manager was helpful so the noise only lasts few minutes after toiled flush or sink. All good. The bed is placed inside a niche and enclosed by a arch with low capitello - if you wake up still sleepy you need to pay attention not to hit your head at night but it's just about noticing these things when you are still awake... :-)
