Such a unique experience
Pros: I have never stayed in a riad before, so it was quite a unique experience. I didn’t know that in riads the windows are facing the inside of the building, so wasn’t enough sunlight, but still felt cosy. The design is beautiful, and the staff are really friendly and helpful. The room was nice and definitely had its own charm— it is not a hotel-like experience, so you won’t see the usual room facilities, but it is really stylish.
Cons: I didn’t notice that you need to pay city tax when you arrive, so bring cash as they don’t accept cards. It will give you an approximate amount here on booking beforehand. Also, if you are taking a taxi from the airport, book directly through this riad or choose a prepaid shuttle service. Many Moroccan taxi drivers are scammers, they won’t give you your change, or will do something else to take your money. If this happens, take a note of the car plate and probably do not cause a scene. Overall, be careful and ask the managers here at the riad for help — they are really knowledgeable and are ready to help.

If you want to experience the Moroccan spirit then I recommend it!
Pros: The food is very good! I recommend having dinner here! The location is very good, in the old city center, close to the souks. Khalil is very kind and involved! If you want to experience the Moroccan spirit then I recommend it! There are small problems with the cleanliness in the room, in 5 days the trash was never taken out.
Cons: The room cleaning, in 5 days the trash was never picked up. The bed was just made and that's it.

Good value for money and well located
Pros: Staff was very helpful and nice. Very well located in the medina and very good value for money
Cons: Room was not well ventilated so very humid, windows were facing the other rooms so not a lot of intimacy and quite noisy with the other guests

Immaculate vibes
Pros: Stunning. Apart from the obviously atmospheric vibe of the central courtyard the bedroom was a great size. Comfy bed. Big shower. The team at the riad were so helpful and welcoming. They helped arrange our transfers to/from the airport and met us where the driver had to stop (cars can’t go all of the way into the medina). Offered to walk us to meet our excursion bus (it really was easy for us to find so we didn’t take up the kind offer). Accommodated an early breakfast to fit in with an excursion which wasn’t connected to the riad. Gave an excellent recommendation for dinner nearby based on what we said we were looking for. Great mint tea. Not only towel swans but bed art with my PJs lol. We are hoping to return.
Cons: Going home!

Very comfortable stay with friendly staff
Pros: A nice property. They welcome us so nicely. All the Staff were so nice and helpful. Breakfast was also very nice. Front of house staffs, kitchen staffs and house keeping staffs all were very friendly. Kalil especially was so humorous and made our stay better. We would stay there if we ever come back. Thank you from Raj, Sahara and Sarijma

Pros: The place is beautiful. The staff super friendly, room really big and the plunge pool, area quieter than most.
Cons: Only minor thing would be better if guests had a key to the front door.

Great place to stay for a couple of days
Pros: Nice rooms, at least on the second floor (the rooms downstairs were very close to the common area). Beautiful house with friendly staff.
Cons: They charged 2 Euros for coffee from the coffee machine in the common area.
