Wonderful peaceful oasis

Pros: This riad has been perfectly renovated keeping traditional aspects but adding a contemporary flair. It is beautiful inside, very calm and peaceful. Great location, 10 min walk from the squares. Delicious breakfast

Very good stay

Pros: They picked us up from where the taxi left us close to the riad and prepared tea for us. One guy showed us the map of the city with the places we should visit. We booked dinner for one night, and even though it was a bit pricey, it was very delicious. The breakfast is absolutely amazing, a large variety of things and fresh.

Such a beautiful riad. I thoroughly recommend

Pros: Beautiful Arabic architecture. Very clean. Only 10 minute walk to the madness of the main square, yet Riad was so quiet. Friendly helpful staff - Abdu and Abdul. Simple delicious breakfast each morning. We were lucky enough to get the room at the top which opened on to the terrace. As 2 girls staying here, we felt safe.

Cons: Wi fi was sporadic.

Pros: Great location, very friendly staff who were extremely helpful. Decor was beautiful and very tasty breakfast.

A lovely stay here at the Riad Sashema, with friendly staff and delicious breakfast.

Pros: The Riad is located right next to the Medina, within close walking distance to all attractions. The staff were so friendly and helped with any enquiries. The breakfast was delicious. The rooms were very comfortable and well equipped. The rooftop area is nice

Cons: The room was lovely, the only points would be that the tap didnt quite run into the sink so overflowed onto the counter each time, the aircon wasn't super cold and it would have been nice to have an area to make tea/coffee in the room. We went to the rooftop a few times but the 'bar' didnt seem open and there was no menu for this / snacks / meals etc. These are all minor points as overall we had a lovely stay. One thing to note is the Riad is at the end of a dead end and is quite intimidating to come to the first few times. There are taxi's waiting at the end of the street as there are a lot of riads down this path.
