Beautiful Oasis
Pros: Beautiful Riad- an oasis in the the old town. Decor was beautiful, traditional and well maintained. Very clean throughout, staff exceptionally helpful.
Cons: Breakfast was limited- nice food but very carb heavy- fresh fruit would have been a nice touch. Plunge pool was freezing! Too cold to use in Feb.

Great stay for our first visit to Marrakech!
Pros: The Riad felt like a palace as you walk in, it was clean and well presented. Staff were so helpful and accommodating, even to help with a third party excursion we had organised. Breakfast was traditionally and excellent. We dinned for one night and that was cooked to order and lovely.
Cons: Nothing I didn’t like about

AMAZING - Best decision was staying here
Pros: Exactly like the pictures, if anything, even more beautiful in real life. The place feels magical. The heating worked perfectly, and the fireplace was an absolute lifesaver during my freezing December stay, creating such a cozy atmosphere with the complimentary mint tea. The pool was hands down my favorite part, surrounded by palm trees, even though the water is cold (totally worth it). The staff were kind and helpful, and the breakfast was amazing, way too much food in the best possible way. The room was gorgeous, spacious, and wonderfully warm, which is a huge deal in the cold winter months. Everything was spotless and very well maintained. A truly beautiful and comfortable place I would definitely stay here again.
Cons: Including bathrobes would improve the overall experience.

Feeling at home in oasis
Pros: The location was perfect. 15 minutes walking from the main Square. But also away from the buziness of the city. All the staff are so thoughtful and receives you like if you are at home. All the food is made from fresh ingredients and have very generous portions. The hotel facilities are very comfortable and beautifully arranged. If I have to ever come back to Marrakesh, this would be my place to be.
Cons: There is no one negative point I can say about this place.

If one day we come back to Marrakesh, we’d definately stay in the same Riad again.
Pros: The Riad is well located — just a 30-minute walk from the main square, yet far enough from the noisy souk area. The facilities are clean, the room is spacious and quiet, and the staff is incredibly friendly. The dinner at the Riad was the best food we had in Marrakesh: truly authentic, delicious home-cooked meals.
Cons: The shower could be improved. The acoustic insulation between rooms is lacking, as we could hear our neighbors talking. The massage room could benefit from better heating.

Pros: Direct access from the airport with the transfert. You don’t need to walk inside the medina. The room is fairly big, the riad is beautiful and everyone there is super friendly and helpful. I highly recommend to get food there at least once, the couscous is the best I have ever had 🤤
