A home from home! A wonderful house with large communal spaces in a safe part of town
Pros: The location was great for us - next to the palace and in a quieter area of the city, it was nice to be away from the hustle and bustle of the souks whilst still being within a 15 minute walk from them. Youssef was really helpful and quick to communicate, and Ranya came every day and made us a delicious breakfast - even with the language barrier, she made sure we had everything we needed and was really helpful. We were there in January and we knew it could be cold at night but blankets and heaters in the rooms made it cosy. The only thing I'd take next time for added cosiness is a hot water bottle!
Cons: Honestly everything about the house was great. The only thing that was a bit of an issue was the drainage of the bathrooms, but this may have been due to unexpected heavy rainfall and all drains seemed to be slow on our trip.

Pros: The Riad was really beautiful, everything what you need was there. The location is also amazing, in the middle of the Medina
Cons: The location was hard to find at first, also by the taxi driver. But the people from the Riad were very helpful

Pros: Spacious, luxurious with 3 bedrooms with each their own bathrooms plus 2 rooftop terraces.
Cons: Sometimes a bit noisy on the ally in the front.

Ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo
Pros: Il riad è spazioso e ben accessoriato. Bello avere un bagno in ogni camera. Ottime le colazioni preparate da Rania. Posizione molto centrale e comoda per raggiungere i luoghi da visitare.
Cons: In dicembre il boiler non scalda una quantità di acqua sufficiente per tutti i cinque ospiti. Bisogna organizzarci in tempi diversi per riuscire a fare tutti la doccia calda

Pros: Wir waren das 1. Mal in diesem Riad und hatten einen kleinen wow Effekt beim ersten betreten es war kleiner als erwartet aber sehr gemütlich bei näheren Hinsehen gab es auch ein paar kleine Schönheitsfehler aber trotzdem haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt in mitten der Altstadt von Marrakesch und wir würden jederzeit wieder mieten es gab insgesamt 3 Schlafzimmer davon war eines etwas größer mit einem Doppelbett und ein etwas kleineres mit einem Doppelbett und einem 3. mit zwei Einzelbetten jedes hatte sein eigenes Badezimmer und es war perfekt für 6 Personen ausgerichtet die Betten waren mit europäischen Matratzen was nicht unbedingt üblich ist in Marrakesch und die Toiletten waren auch europäische das Wohnzimmer war inklusive Esstisch und Sitzecke und alles in einem typischen Riad Stil gebaut wir werden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen
Cons: Manchmal der Geruch im Badezimmer aber man ist eben nicht in Europa das muss man wissen

Riad Alchimiste
Pros: Prijs kwaliteit verhouding is meer dan uitstekend! We hadden de gehele Riad voor ons zelf (2 volwassenen, 4 kinderen). Keuken aanwezig, maar niet nodig gehad ivm genoeg eettentjes op 5 min lopen. Meerdere badkamers/toiletten bleek ook erg handig. Airco's aanwezig, maar nauwelijks aan gehad (eind april). Bedden comfortabel. Badkamers zijn schoon, wel wat kalkaanslag hier en daar (bijv douchekop), maar is vrij normaal voor Marokko. Wifi werkt in het algemeen naar behoren, met name op de begane grond en 1e etage. Toevallig alle dagen praktisch voor de deur kunnen parkeren (weliswaar deels op de stoep, maar wel zoals andere auto's ook stonden). Dicht bij Bahia paleis en in de wijk Mellah, en een kwartiertje lopen van jemaa El Fna.
Cons: Houdt rekening met 1 of meerdere katten die vanaf het dakterras de woning in kunnen, door de bovenste deur bij vertrek af te sluiten. Verder gebruikt de verhuurder voor dezelfde Riad verschillende namen en moet het booking-adres aangepast worden aan het uiteindelijke/werkelijke adres, gaf even wat verwarring maar gelukkig bleek alles gewoon correct.
