Riad Imilchil

Pros: Ayoub and his colleagues made sure that we had a pleasant stay. We appreciated the suggestions and the map as well as helping us organise our transport to and from the riad and the consideration of our food restrictions. It is a great place to start exploring the medina.

Cons: Due to the riad's architecture, in your room you might hear other guests having breakfast in the morning.

Pros: Everything was perfect. From the staff to the room.

Cons: Nothing.

Exceptional service

Pros: A lovely little guesthouse with exceptional white glove service from staff. The place is run by two local men. They served us breakfast and offered tea whenever we liked. They organised several excursions and were always available to guide us to restaurants, museums etc. Even got us into a special restaurant and skipped the queue for us! We've never stayed in a place with such intimate and first-rate service.

Excellent, and great hosts

Pros: Lovely breakfast, nice rooftop views, and amazing hosts! Ayoub our main host was super friendly and helped us get familiar with the location. A peaceful interior which contrasted the donkeys and mopeds wizzing past in the medina streets.

Pros: A great place to stay and very kind and helpful staff. Breakfast was great. Quiet location with a rooftop but a few minutes walk to the shops and square.

Perfect!

Pros: Went for a week and they were Incredibly welcoming and helpful. If you book Riad Imilchil you can gaurentee you'll experience: - Brilliant breakfast (you won't be hungry) - Safe & Welcome (They will take you out through the streets so you can get a feel for the place on your first day) - Clean - Advisable (if you need recommendation on activities and anything booked they can do it for you) - Great location

Great stay at Riad Imilchil

Pros: The hosts are absolutely fabulous, nothing is too much. They walked with us to the medina for our first trip and helped us with taxis, activities and restaurant recommendations. The location is great and whilst we didn’t sit on the terrace (winter!) there was a lovely view over the city. We also really appreciated the heating in the cold evenings.

Cons: Everything was great but we would have liked more protein with breakfast, it was bread heavy

Pros: Before booking it seemed strange there were so many 10 grade reviews but after we got there, we understood why. The day before we arrived we tried to do the summit to Mount Toubkal but because of very bad and dangerous weather we could not and I got a very very bad flu/cold(fever, headache and a lot of tissues). This riad was a perfect place to be sick because we felt like home. Ayoub and Chic was wekh were truly amazing, friendly and helpful, I could not be more happy and grateful that I stayed there. The breakfast was very good as well as the dinner and everything was clean. The riad was also easy to find. So yeah I recommend with all my heart this accommodation

Cons: As an Arab Muslim traveler, the only downside I faced was the lack of a bidet sprayer in the bathroom, which is essential for my personal hygiene and comfort. However, I really appreciated that the hotel staff was very helpful and accommodating; they provided me with a water jug to use instead. It was a thoughtful gesture that made my stay much easier.

Pros: The staff was extremely helpful all the time, the service was exceptional. Ayoub and Sheikh are the friendliest managers i've ever met. I would definitely come back to this Riad again.
