Very enjoyable and comfortable with polite and very helpful staff.

Pros: Spacious, clean and attractive, very comfortable bed.

Cons: The shower pressure was a little weak, but sufficient. The door was sometimes a little tricky to open. Only very minor things.

Great stay in Marrakesh

Pros: Great location within walking distance of multiple places to visit. Close to multiple restaurants. Property offered food and drinks onsite. Breakfast changed everyday. Staff very welcoming and flexible. Great customer service. Hotel manager very helpful and attentive to your requests/asks.

Pros: The owners of the place were very helpful and friendly. Omar, one of the staff was exceptionally helpful and very nice. The Riad KP is beautiful.

Pros: Great location as it was quiet and only 10 - 15 min walk to the main square or even shorter to some of the palaces. Omar was very helpful and attentive. The room was spacious and breakfast had small variations every day. Delicious orange juice and fruit salad.

Cons: The swimming pool on the roof terrace was in a corner and enclosed in (Retractable) glass). Not sure how much sun you would get there. There were only 2 sunbeds and they were located on top of a steep spiral staircase. Would not be able to go up there if you are not nimble and slim. There were some nice tables and chairs on the \

Pros: Great Raid close to everything you need to see. Staff very friendly and excellent service, especially Anne-Marie who was super helpful. Breakfast was also very good.

Fantastic and magical stay with extra attention from Omar!

Pros: Staff were fantastic especially Omar! He went above and beyond to make us comfortable including giving us a breakfast snack early before breakfast hours!

Cons: Shower didn’t drain that well and water would accumulate. The fridge in the room should have a sign saying you will be charged. Water should be complimentary. Also we opted not to have our rooms cleaned on a daily basis and didn’t have the full breakfast for 3 days, we could have been given a pass on the sprite and water but minor point. Also I would suggest giving new guests a quick orientation of the room.

Lovely relaxing environment in a traditional place yet with all mod cons.

Pros: Great location and a lovely riad. Tucked away so relatively quiet but still close for attractions, souks, restaurants etc. The team were all super helpful and friendly.

Cons: Prices for trips etc expensive via the riad compared with travel agent or booking direct. Very steep narrow spiral staircase to the upper deck of the roof terrace.
