Serenity Riad with Breakfast

Nice riad for a larger group

Pros: Nice size rooms and spaces. the house keeper was friendly and helped when we had issues. Central location close to the main shopping streets

Cons: Not many cooking utensils making cooking or using the kitchen hard. Breakfast was a little repetitive with not much variation. Dryer was on 24/7 as I think sheets and towels from other Riads were being done in the machine making it quite loud inside.

An authentic stay in the heart of Marrakesh

Pros: It’s gorgeous. You are right in the old narrow streets of Marrakesh. Truly authentic and exciting. Despite being cautious when we arrived we soon relaxed and felt very safe in the area. The locals around the Riad were lovely. Breakfast was prepared with care by Hajiba. She was delightful. Always smiling and such a lovely natured lady. We had everything we needed. The Riad is comfortable and clean and we loved it.

Cons: We did have a problem with the drains in one bedroom being smelly. The housekeeper did put a cleaner down but it didn’t work for long. We found a solution ourselves by putting cling film over the shower outlet when not in use and that worked.

Pros: I can’t speak about the house keeper Hajiba enough, she went above and beyond to accommodate our family. She made our stay here so much more special. The Riad is located in the heart of Medina, walking distance from all the best spots. Would recommend to anyone and everyone.

Perfect comfort!

Pros: Beautiful! As immaculate as looked in the pics, Hajiba who came in to do breakfast each day was lovely, friendly and kind. Owner was very helpful. Perfect location.

Prachtige Riad in een centrale locatie met heerlijk schuifdak en zwembadje

Pros: De locatie van deze Riad is geweldig. Je kunt lopen naar El Fna en zit ook meteen tussen allerlei tentjes, restaurantjes en dicht bij een taxi ophaal plek. De Riad ziet er heel mooi uit, smaakvol ingericht en heeft een prachtig klein zwembadje in het midden. Het dak kan worden geopend met een afstandbediening. Kamers zijn mooi en hebben allemaal een en-suite en apart toilet. Ontbijt wordt verzorgt en is prima.

Cons: We konden de juiste deur niet vinden, er staat geen nummer of niks op de deur. Dat was dus even panieken. 1 van de kamers had last van een rioollucht maar we hebben niet alle kamers gebruikt dus dat was voor ons geen groot probleem. Het water in het zwembadje is niet verwarmd! Was in november dus best fris...

Pros: Ottima posizione per visitare la Medina e per la “città nuova”. Grazie a Hajiba per la sua presenza discreta e la sua cordialità

Cons: E’ partito un cantiere edile in un’area contigua piuttosto rumoroso

Pros: Oh es war einfach unglaublich magisch und schön. Wir haben uns so wohl gefühlt. Waren mitten drin und konnten wunderbar alles erlaufen.

Muy confortable

Pros: Instalaciones iguales a las de las fotos y la atención y hospitalidad de Hajiba fue lo más espectacular

Cons: Algo incómodo para la ubicación de maletas

Pros: Tout était plus que parfait. Localisation parfaite pour pouvoir tout faire à pieds. Hajiba a été plus qu'adorable. Merci à elle pour son accueil et ses supers petits déjeuner
