Riad Reflet D'orient Marrakech

Pros: We had high expectations, but it turned out to be even better than we had imagined. A wonderful riad in a great area of the Medina. It’s easy to reach and you can get very close by taxi. The riad itself was a dream come true. So clean, beautifully furnished, and peaceful — even though it’s located right in the heart of the Medina. Safa and Youssef did an outstanding job! They were incredibly kind and attentive and made everything possible — from the warm welcome to the amazing breakfast and dinner, and preparing the rooftop and the pool for us. We weren’t sure if we would come back to Marrakech one day. But this riad is definitely one reason why returning now feels almost mandatory.

Pros: The place is absolutely dreamy! It’s very spacious and beautifully designed, each room has its own full bathroom and the house has this beautiful warm pool and a large terrace. Safa is the housekeeper, she welcomed us and accompanied us throughout our entire stay. She prepared delicious traditional breakfasts every morning, and you can really feel the love she puts into them. One thing to note is that Safa is present during the day, and at night there is a security guard who stays on the property, this took us by surprise at first, but everything felt very safe. Also, finding the place was a bit tricky, so don’t hesitate to ask for extra directions on how to get there!

Pros: Our stay was absolutely wonderful. The lovely lady (Safa) who looked after us went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. No job was too small for her, she truly made us feel at home. We’re so grateful for her kindness and attention to detail. We’d happily stay here again and highly recommend it to others! I also highly recommend Yassine Bouhmsd for taxi/transport He was punctual, polite, and very professional. Yassine even went the extra mile to make sure I got to my destination safely and on time. As we were a party of 7 women he would always make sure we were in the restaurants and safe before he left . I really appreciated the friendly conversation and excellent service. Highly recommended.

Pros: The breakfast was on the rooftop balcony, very nice and clean food. We struggled a bit to get in when we first arrived because there seems to be no signs. Youssef is super nice and friendly! Even though I don’t speak French or Arabic, we still figured out a way to communicate. The rooms are all very clean and smelling nice. AC is working well and it was very quiet at night so I had a very good sleep!

Cons: I understand this place is very new so there’s no obvious signs for guests. Hopefully there will be a name plate or board on the door or the wall! Besides that - If they can guide us to the main street for taxis with reasonable prices, that would be super helpful. Everything else is perfect! I will definitely come back. Wonderful accommodation in the medina

Pros: The staff - Safa and Youssuf were amazing. They went above and beyond to help us have an amazing time. They were always there to assist us. The riad was modern and recently renovated and the best part was that the pool was heated, which we did not expect as it is not written in the description. However, we did use it and it was nice! The location was good - close.to the main medina street.

Cons: While the location was good, it was difficult to locate. The location in the booking conformatio. Was wrong and the riad did not reach in advance to.provide instructions. Aurel - the manager/owner does not speak English and refused to speak to us and help us find the riad. She only accepts calls if you speak French... The staff also did not speak English, only French or Arabic...

Très joli riad au cœur de la médina

Pros: Superbe expérience dans ce beau Riad au cœur de la médina de Marrakech. Joliment décoré, avec un bain chauffé dans le patio, nous avons passé un très agréable moment. Un énorme merci à Youssef et Safa pour leur très grande gentillesse et professionnalisme. Ils nous ont rendu ce séjour encore plus formidable. Nous recommandons sans hésitation ce logement et nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir !

Espectacular alojamiento, trato y atención

Pros: El alojamiento en general es una maravilla, habitaciones super limpias, estancias muy acogedoras, vistas maravillosas desde su azotea, cerca del centro, y con un desayuno de 10. Las personas del servicio tanto el hombre como la cocinera son increíbles, súper atentos, amables y siempre con mucha predisposición. Hacía tiempo que no nos atendían así de bien. Si volvemos, repetiremos seguro

Cons: Todo estuvo perfecto

Pros: Totul la superlativ! Poziționat foarte aproape de atracțiile importante, curățenie, atmosferă specifică locului. Pentru Safa și Yussef, doar cuvinte de apreciere, au fost de un real ajutor pe toata durata sejurului. Ospitalitatea și primirea călduroasă din partea lor au făcut să ne dorim să revenim la acest riad.

Cons: Totul a fost excelent! La micul dejun ar putea fi servite si ceva mezeluri/ouă.

Absolument parfait, rien à redire.

Pros: Un riad absolument sublime ! Tout est parfaitement géré par Youssef et Safa, deux personnes extraordinaires, d’une gentillesse et d’une générosité incroyables, toujours aux petits soins pour leurs clients. Les petits-déjeuners sont exceptionnels, variés et délicieux. Ils se sont également occupés de l’organisation des taxis pendant tout notre séjour, ce qui nous a énormément facilité la vie. Un immense merci pour cet accueil chaleureux et attentionné. Nous reviendrons sans hésiter et avec grand plaisir !
