Riad BILKIS

We very much enjoyed our stay at Riad BILKIS and would recommend it. Ugh

Pros: The riad is quite charming and magical. It is beautifully decorated in the typical Moroccan style and is very spacious with alcoves, corners and spaces galore to relax in. It was tranquil, atmospheric and really spotlessly clean. An oasis of calm away from the street. The manager and his team were really professional and informative, welcoming and friendly - very good at their jobs. Our breakfast was delicious (and varied) each morning and the lady who prepared them was super kind and warm.

Cons: Well, this isn’t a complaint as such: The lady who prepared our breakfast each day stayed to clean the riad (as was her remit presumably). Yet prior to our arrival at the property, we were not aware she would be on site for the working day - that was somewhat confusing and not something we’d expected. She was a lovely person and entirely unobtrusive and yet still her presence didn’t afford us full privacy. It is something which should be mentioned to incoming guests as I know my husband (for example) would not like this arrangement at all.

Pros: A true 10/10 riad — we received even more than we expected. From the very first moment we were welcomed with incredible warmth and genuine hospitality, and we felt more like personal guests than visitors. The hostess, Khadija, is a wonderful woman, and her cooking is simply exceptional. Do not miss the chance to enjoy not only the breakfast but also dinner here — after many meals with different chefs across Morocco, we can honestly say no one surpassed her food. The flavors, care, and authenticity are unforgettable. We left with real sadness having to say goodbye to this beautiful riad. 100% recommendation!

A wonderful oasis in the medina!

Pros: Ali welcomed us warmly and helped us plan our stay, offering great recommendations for restaurants, cafés, and local attractions. He was always responsive and quickly arranged transportation for us to the football stadium, as well as transfers to and from the airport. The house is simply stunning and has everything you could possibly need. The terrace with the jacuzzi is a real highlight and the perfect place to spend the evenings. Every morning we enjoyed a delicious breakfast prepared by Khadija at the riad. We would absolutely stay here again!

Amazing Riad, entirely for your group!

Pros: Riad met our expectations completely. It's in Marrakech Medina, walking distance to all the attractions you can find. Transport from the airport was organized by Riad, and I can highly reccomend this option. Two rooms were very spacious, one was a bit smaller. Great common space, where we had delicious breakfasts. We also used one time option for a dinner in Riad, prepared by Khadija which was delicious. They also helped us organize quads trip, and mountain trip, which was amazing. Ali gave us all the needed tips where to eat and buy some souvenirs. I can't recommend it more!

Cons: We were in January and the common space was a bit cold, so we had to turn on gas heater and air conditioning in the rooms.

Perfect

Pros: Everything very perfect. The Riad is very clean and beautiful. The staff was amazing. Ali and Mohammed were super my and helped us a lot with a lot of god tips. Khadija, the lady that helped us in the Riad, was fantastic. Super polite and helpful. Her breakfast and dinner were the best. Strongly recommend to have dinner at the Riad. Food was so much better than the others restaurants we tried

Lovely clean riad in a convenient location within the Medina.

Pros: Lovely riad in a quiet street. The hustle and bustle of Marrakech is just a stones throw away. Khadijar keeps the property spotless and prepares a lovely breakfast each morning. Great base for exploring and lovely hot tub and roof terrace. The riad is situated in the area where the locals live and less touristy than other areas. Marrakesh is very busy and you feel in another world inside the riad.

Pros: Honestly an amazing stay! Ali was super helpful and reactive, coming to welcome us even if close to midnight and arranging everything (I suggest you book the cart to go from the Taxi drop off to the Riad because it's around a 10mn walk on small and paved streets).Khadija made sure the Riad was always clean, prepared a great breakfast and succulent dinner at night (upon request). The Riad was very clean, very nicely furnished and cherry on the cake: with a Jacuzzi in the terrace

Cons: You do hear noise from the outside even though it is a quiet area, it's normal because the ceiling is semi open on the sides to let air come through

Pros: A beautiful Riad in a very well situated part of the Medina
