Amazing! Would definitely go back.

Pros: The Riad waa beautiful! Stylish, perfect location and comfortable size rooms. Also Mohand and Bushra were perfect hosts, breakfast was prepared fresh every morning and delicious. Both were very helpful. The location was very close to the souks and beautiful restaurants. A perfect stay for a large group in Marrakesh!

Cons: The water pressure is not super high, so you can’t shower at the same time.

Excellent riad, best place we stayed in Marrakesh.

Pros: Beautiful Riad, the style and decorations were class. The breakfast at 5€ extra a head was totally worth it. The cold tub on the roof was a little chilly and out of the sun after 1pm though. The riad was only 10mins from the souks, and situated in the north of Marrakesh.

Cons: The tub was cold.

Amazing Stay at the 77 riad

Pros: Our stay at the riad was amazing! Mohand, Bouchra, and Rania were always there to help with everything, super attentive and making sure we had the best experience. The breakfast was incredible, and their recommendations were spot on. The place was spotless, and honestly, the riad itself was even better than we expected. Couldn’t have asked for more—would definitely come back!

Cons: Nothing to say bad, everything was amazing

Exceptional property with expectional staff

Pros: The property was perfect for our group of seven. It was exceptionally clean and the staff were extremely helpful. The decor was perfect!

Cons: A minor thing but the clear doors or lack thereof on the bathroom/shower doors

Nice property near the Medina

Pros: Open space, great staff and manager was easy to contact in case of any problems, freshly made breakfast and cleaning everyday, good location and main city was very accessible by walking

Pros: The Riad was amazing, so much better then it shows in the pictures!! Also a special thank you to Rania who looked after us. She was amazing and always on time! She was so polite and we are going to miss her very much!!!

Pros: We had a lovely few days stay at this Riad with our family. It is a very modern Riad with lots of unique touches to the structure and layout.. The host and staff were great and really took care of us..We had an amazing and varied breakfast each day, and the children enjoyed the terrace which has a small pool and relaxation area. The riad is very clean and well-kept. There are lots of shops nearby for food and groceries and the Medina is a 20- 25 minute walk.

A perfect, chic Riad located in the heart of the city.

Pros: Breakfast was gorgeous and readymade each morning and the Riad was frequently cleaned. It was amazing to come home to a clean Riad and bedrooms to relax! Our host Mohand was incredibly helpful and was always just a phone call away if we had any problems. He also gave us many local recommendations for food and activity. The rooftop area and pool is perfect to relax during a hot day and for an evening sundowner.
