Pros: Saïd, the host, was very attentive and supportive. The location is very good, central and walking distance of many of the main places. My stay was great and I recommend it.

Pros: Wondeful solo stay. Said, the owner even rang to ask if i was ok when i stayed the first out late the first night. Comfortable, quiet and safe. Would definately stay again.

A calm port in the heart of the city

Pros: The location was excellent, very close to the main square and souks without being at all noisy. It was easy to pop back to frequently during our day's explorations and a short walk to many local attractions. It was relatively easy to find..for a riad! There were some good eateries very close. The host was obliging, easy to communicate with, and would organize things if we asked without being pushy. It was a perfect base and excellent value.

Cons: The room was small, the bed and pillows extremely hard. The facilities were basic. A kettle would have been useful but there was no space for any extras.

Homey Riad with Great Location

Pros: This was a very homey riad with a great location and price. There were hand-painted decorations and beautiful tiling throughout, even inside our rooms, and we loved getting to experience a traditional riad experience with this accomodation.

Cons: We had a bit of a hard time trying to find the riad as the front door must be opened by the owner and, without asking the locals, we would have mistaken the door for a residential home rather than our riad.

Pros: The location was perfect. Right in the heart of Djama El Fna. The host was nice and polite. Overall we loved our stay at Riad 112.

Cons: There was a Phone in the lobby that was too close to our room window. It phone ring was a bit problematic especially when we were sleeping. Else, it was great stay for 2 nights.

A tranquilizing place

Pros: Calm and good atmosphere.....singing birds woke me up in the morning, not barking dogs and traffic noise like in Spain/Portugal, which I just visited. Nice quiet rooftop terrasse. Service-minded/gentle host.

Cons: ...some noise from other guests after 23.00. They did not close the windows. How your stay in a riad gonna be depends on the other guests..............Some guests do not care about others or rules.
