Riad Casa Sophia

Pros: We really enjoyed our time at the riad. The staff were very kind and helpful. The room was a good size, nicely decorated, and the bathroom was well equipped. The rooftop terrace was lovely. The location was also very convenient, very close to the main square, yet in a quiet and peaceful area.

Staying there gives the similar sensations to flying with Ryanair.

Pros: Very kind and helpful people who manage the Riad. Thank you very much, you are the best!

Cons: Cats are always at the entrance and often inside. It looks cute but it smells. Hot water in the bathroom is not instant, room is really small.

Really nice place in a great location

Pros: Great location, literally minutes away from the jemaa el fna square and in the middle of the Medina, but in a quiet street. The riad would have been hard to find but the owner came to meet us and guided us, hence there was no trouble at all. The property was cute and the breakfast was nice. The staff are attentive and kind. The owner gave us some great recommendations for restaurants too

Pros: I had a wonderful stay at Riad Casa Sophia in Marrakech. The riad offers excellent value for money, especially considering the high level of service and comfort. The rooms were very clean, with daily housekeeping and fresh linens changed regularly, which made the stay very pleasant.The staff were extremely kind, welcoming, and always available to help. A special mention goes to Ali, who waited for us until midnight due to our flight delay and made us feel immediately at home. On the day of our departure, he even helped carry our luggage to the shuttle point near Jemaa el-Fnaa and prepared a takeaway breakfast for us, which was a very thoughtful gesture. Breakfast was another highlight of our stay: it was delicious, generous, and different every day, allowing us to enjoy a variety of local flavors.

Cons: The only small downside is the location, which can be a bit difficult to find at first since the riad is located in the narrow streets of the Medina. However, once you get familiar with the area, this becomes part of the authentic Marrakech experience.

Pros: great location in the heart of the medina, very nice and helpful staff, the best breakfast we had during our trip!

Pros: The place is so cozy. Nice location too, very near to the market square. Clean room and toilet. The staffs are nice and friendly, they even packed our breakfast because we have to leave early.
