Attentive staff, traditional Riad

Pros: Staff were very efficient and kind. Riad is beautiful and clean. Breakfast was good

Cons: It’s a drawback that the jacuzzi was not working, because I booked specifically for that. Room could get an improvement, needs one more mirror, bathroom also lacks privacy and it gets full of water if you want to shower, but they cleaned it immediately after we asked for it

Beautiful Riad, the BEST staff team and super comfortable stay

Pros: We loved everything about our stay. The team at Riad OM SAADENE we're super friendly, helpful and fun! We asked for a taxi to and from the airport, which I would highly recommend. It made arriving and going back to the airport stress free and easy. The room was really comfortable, clean, and the shower was like being in a spa! I wouldn't hesitate to come back for another stay here.

Comfortable, close to Medina, and very hospitable staff

Pros: Comfortable and clean rooms and very hospitable staff! We were greeted with tea and always met with kindness and a smile. Accommodation was quiet and a <5 minutes away from the bustling areas of the Medina, making it perfect for exploring the old town.

Cons: Nothing to complain about!

Pros: Everything was very clean and new, the staff are attentive and hospitable. Set inside the medina, be prepared for a bit of hustle and bustle and a 15 min walk to Jema el Fena. The riad itself is in a quiet residential area.

We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay

Pros: Our stay at this riad was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel completely at home with their warmth and genuine hospitality (Rachid & Ismail <3) Samira’s cuisine was an absolute highlight - every meal was exquisite. Simon, the owner, blends natural charisma with sincere enthusiasm, elevating the entire experience from the moment you arrive. He was incredibly responsive and attentive to our needs throughout our stay, which made the whole experience feel seamless and personal. The location of the riad is perfect for exploring the city, and the interior is absolutely beautiful - a serene, elegantly designed oasis in the heart of Marrakech. Everything was impeccably clean and maintained to the highest standard.

Pros: The Riad is absolutely beautiful the photos don’t do it justice! Everything is new and handmade by local people. Our host was delightful and has an infectious passion for Marrakech which is a delight to share in. The breakfast was also exceptional and freshly prepared

Beautiful and peaceful Riad with warm and helpful staff

Pros: Everything about this Riad was magical from our initial mint tea welcome by the the warm and kind staff, to the comfort of our room and and delicious meals Samira prepared. The owner was always reachable and helped schedule our transfers to and from the airport and offered great recommendations on exploring Marrakesh. We had an excellent time and will definitely stay here again.

Cons: Everything was so perfect, but I would have preferred a room upstairs on the first floor if it had been available.

Un superbe endroit où se fait mieux chouchouter que dans sa propre famille.

Pros: J’ai l’habitude de venir à Marrakech tous les ans, je suis toujours bien accueillie, mais c’est la première fois que j’ai un pincement au cœur en quittant un Riad. Le personnel est tellement adorable.. on a l’impression d’être dans notre famille avec des attentions simples et sincères . Merci à Samira pour ses plats divins , merci à Rachid pour sa présence, précieuse et discrète. Merci à simon pour sa réactivité et ses délicates attentions. Chauffeur privé de l’hôtel est très bien aussi, ponctuel, efficace et honnête.

Pros: Unser Aufenthalt im Riad war einfach wunderbar. Lasst euch nicht von den engen Gassen verwirren – Google Maps führt einen zuverlässig, und sobald man vor einer Holztür in einer kleinen Gasse steht, ist man genau richtig, auch wenn kein Türschild vorhanden ist. Hinter dieser Tür verbirgt sich ein kleines Paradies. Wir wurden sofort mit Tee begrüßt, und alle hier sind unglaublich freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Zimmer sind wunderschön gestaltet, sehr sauber und laden sofort zum Wohlfühlen ein. Und das absolute Highlight: Samira in der Küche ist eine Göttin. Ich habe in meinem Leben noch nie so gut gegessen. Sie hat mir jede einzelne Zutat ihrer Rezepte erklärt und mir sogar Zutaten vom Markt mitgebracht, damit ich die Gerichte zu Hause nachkochen kann. Man fühlt sich hier nicht wie eine Touristin, sondern wie ein Gast in einer wunderbaren Familie. Von ganzem Herzen danke für diese unvergessliche Erfahrung!
