Pros: The apartment is big and fully equipped. The mattresses are very comfortable. There is private parking lot for the car, air conditions in every room, all clean. The location is perfect in a modern part of the city with a lot restaurants, hotels, supermarkets and a shopping mall. The host Karima is very helpful and detailed make everything about staying much easier.

Comfortable apartment in the new town

Pros: The apartment is in the new town, everything you need is within walking distance. Medina is not very close, probably better to take a taxi which is quite cheap in Marrakesh. The apartment is in a busy road but with windows closed it is quiet. Everything is in working order, tidy.

Cons: The elevator is activated by the magnetic key, so you have to go upstairs to pick up the key and then back down to use the elevator. But this is not the owner’s fault, just be aware of it.

Pros: We liked this property very much. Perfect cleaning, perfect facilities including access to the water pool and sun-beds. Contact with the property owner was perfect as well. Karima is a very friendly and helpful person. This location isn’t placed in medina but there is a place for a car in an underground garage included in the price.

Cons: It’s very difficult to find minuses of the property. The only thing is the amount of sun beds. There could be up to five people in the property but they can use only three sun-beds.

Pros: Facilities were amazing. Had more than any hotel I've been to. Very easy to contact staff for help and advice. Made our stay very comfortable. Clean, spacious and bright. All shops were walking distance.

Cons: The only complaint I have is the staff for the pool, as they didn't allow my children in the pool with leggings and T shirt, which other hotels allow.

Lovely place to stay close to airport and town

Pros: Everything was fine. The staff were very nice and we had a very nice time. The only thing I would say is it would be good to have water in the room when we arrive. As we couldn’t drink the tap water. Otherwise everything was very good

Pros: The apartment is very large and very beautiful. It is very spacious and very clean. The beds are comfortable. It is equipped with everything you need. The host is very communicative and very helpful.

Great stay, convenient location

Pros: The property was very nice before arrival the host was in great communication. Upon arriving the the property the keys were easy to pick up, building and apartment was easy to locate. The host has left an array of snacks on the table and kitchen is fully stocked with tea, coffee, oil, basic seasoning. Washing powder and washing liquid provided. Shower gel and shampoo provided. Towels provided. Sofa bed and bed were all comfy, firm mattresses. View of palais de congres from the living room window. Two toilets which is great. Several cafes and food places nearby. Shopping centre with supermarket 10 mins walk away which sells beer/alcohol if needed. The train station also 10 mins walk away.

Cons: The was two pools, one very deep pool - my brother in law 6ft approx could not even reach the bottom and the other pool was very shallow - kids pool which came to the knees. I felt that should be clarified on the booking as my mum and sister who is 5ft can not swimming but does like a good dip and she could not use the pool without clinging to the side. Also for 5 people for 5 days only two toilet rolls were provided, we just picked some at the supermarket and when we picked up some food at the shopping mall. If you’re a light sleeper the noise of the traffic is quite loud in the morning, it didn’t bother us too much but just something to bear in mind
